This is the best jacket I've ever owned and I'm 53. I love everything about it...the thumb hole cuffs, the oversized fleece lined collar, the lightweight warmth, the length, the fit. I could go on and on. I have the navy color in the size medium. I'm 5'5, 130 and usually wear small sometimes medium but in this I felt the medium was perfect for light layering.

Fit is just as described and great length just above knee

I originally purchased this in a long vest and fell in love with it. As I got more into winter and things got colder, I went back and searched for the same thing only with sleeves and love it as much as I do the vest. I am so impressed with the Omni heat items that I don't know that I will ever purchase anything else!

The color is just as pictured and it fits so well. I am 5'9" and weigh about 150lbs. I ordered a MEDIUM and it fits perfect! The sleeves are long enough, which is sometimes an issue being tall, and it has a fitted shape which is what I was looking for. I dislike bulky jackets and wanted a more fitted look while still keeping warm. This is it! Perfect for every day wear in the winter and also for skiing/hiking.

I look forward to wearing this on the cruise this summer in Alaska. Plan on staying warm.

Size up for extra room. It's such a wonderful coat

Buy this jacket you will not be disappointed and will be your go to for everything. First off the color is BEAUTIFUL. I love the soft neck you can pop up as a neck gator or fold down when not needed and it looks like a regular collar. This jacket is SUPER warm. I work on a boat and in 42 degree temps with 20 MPH winds and I was super warm. I have been shopping for a jacket that wasn't bulky, extremely warm, longer in the back, thumb keepers and form fitting with a little wiggle room and this jacket does ALL that for me. In addition, the first time I wore it I unfortunately got grease on the sleeve from the boat motor and never thought it would ever come out. WELL, I sprayed Shout on the grease, washed this jacket in cold water with Oxclean and Tide, then in the dryer regular heat and WOW looks brand new no stains. I am sooooo impressed with this jacket. I bought a small and my sizes are 5,2 120lbs and I have wiggle room to wear a hoodie when I want a hood. This jacket doesn't have a hood and I like the option of not having one.

Keeps me warm in my cold office. I work on the weekends and my desk is under the vent. It gets really cold were I sit and I needed something to keep me warm while I work at my computer. This jacket is perfect. I stay warm without a lot of bulk.

Obsessed with this coat. I love everything about it. It's warm. The color is beautiful. I love the thumb holes. I wore it shoveling in negative temperatures and I was completely warm the whole time. I am a huge fan of Columbia. Just ask my family.

I love the thumb holes in this, and your hands just easily glide into them! It's super warm, comfortable, and fits well (the arms are a bit long and I have to roll them). I'm excited to have this for travel as well because it folds up small and compact!

The color of this jacket is what appealed to me most, and I was pleasantly surprised when i received it and the pockets and neck were lined with the softest fabric... this feature enhanced the look and my affinity for it. It is extremely light weight, so it travels well, and it keeps me very warm. This is a well-made jacket that provides great comfort. It's true to size, and it is a great fashion piece that can be a super cute casual, or low-key casual look. I'm 5'3", 142 lbs and I purchased a medium which fits great. I can wear a sweatshirt with it comfortably.

This is my second winter jacket from Columbia and it's the perfect jacket for fall or winter. It keeps me warm and comfortable. The fleece around the collar is such a nice touch! The Omni heat technology is so amazing that I'll never go back to another brand. This is now my go to winter accessory!

Love the fit, cut, high collar, and hand sleeves! The quality is great and love the color. I considered ordering a XS instead, but the S is safer.

This coat isn't overwhelming poofy so it doesn't look like I've gained five pounds while wearing it. It's cozy and warm. I really like how the sleeve comes down over my hands and has a thumb hole. This is perfect for the winter and I'll be wearing alllll the time! I've only worn it a few times so I'm not sure how it'll do wear wise.

Jacket is perfect for my needs. Purchased to use in Michigan late winter/early spring weather when a winter storm coat might no longer be needed. This jacket is very warm. I like the high collar and the inner sleeve cuffs.

I bought this after deciding my feather-weight puffer is not quite warm enough in some situations. This was exactly what I was hoping for. Low profile (meaning it isn't a huge puffer), sleek enough to wear with dressier clothing (thanks to the fur collar and slightly shiny exterior), and very warm (thanks to the omniheat lining). It checked all of my boxes.
