zipper won't go all the way to top

Fit was fine but the zipper doesn't stay zipped

The shoe is wider than I had hoped at the sole and the toe feels tight though the heels are slipping. I have a high arch and it was fine across top but the toe needed to be more rounded for me or if person has longer toes, buy a 1/2 size up....it is already slipping in the back and 1/2 size won't help with the cut of the shoe for my foot :(

Did not like the fit and sole as much as the ONA RMX Sorel and I am returning both pair for a larger size in the ONA RMX

The zipper constantly slides down about an inch, making these feel loose. Aside from that,I don’t mind standing out but these just look puffy in a really unflattering way.

I loved these except for one big problem. The ZIPPER SUCKS. It is cheap and it would be just a matter of time before they end up breaking. I just walked around my house in them and zipper start to come undone making shoes want to come off. Remove the zipper closure and i would buy these in a heartbeat. Had to send back.

The zipper on one of the boots does not stay up. I will see if I can have it fixed.

I wanted to like these so much, but they look really weird on my foot. Actually ugly. They are wide and bulky.

Ordered my true 8.5 and width was NARROW. Sized up to 9 and waaaay too big in length and width. What is going on with the shoe sizing? Everything is random now. No consistency. Too bad because they looked nice and warm.

Style is sharp, soles look comfortable. Not sure why other reviewers were complaining about the zipper situation. When i zipped it, they stayed up perfectly. HOWEVER, these boots run very narrow. I ordered the next size up but I have a feeling they will be too big in the length b/c the 8.5 length was fine. Why can't this company get the proper sizing sorted out??

I've ordered multiple styles of Sorel ankle boots this fall and have been disappointed. These shoes (like the others I ordered) have a strange fit in the heel area. They are basically straight with no curve to cup your heel. Combine this issue with the overall stiffness of the shoe and these fit more like a clog with your heel slipping up an down with each step. Normally I'm a big fan of Sorel. Is it just me and am I missing something here??? These are SOOOO CUTE but sadly I had to return.

I love Sorel sneakers and loved the look of this booty. It is not a sneaker. The sole is very stiff and does not bend. I’ll keep them and wear them, but they are not what I expected. I’ll just stick to the fantastic sneakers in the future!
