Fit was odd on one boot. Very comfortable on other. I got blister on my heel

Was so disappointed considering how cute (and expensive) these boots are. The back of the boot literally presses into my achilles tendon/ankle. I bought them for a trip to NYC and while they are warm and waterproof, I could hardly wear them for a full day. Customer service says there is nothing they can do..

These shoes are way too small and there was an issue with the insert on the left foot. I wish the return process was easier for this product

I'm always a 9-9.5, and if a shoe tends to run small a 10 will do the trick usually with extra room to spare. I read reviews that these run small so I got a size 10. They are still uncomfortably tight. I tried them on with wool socks originally and it hurt how tightly it fit. I put on thin running socks and it was still too small. I'm so disappointed because the boots look really high quality plus I love the look of these shoes. Unfortunately, I have to return them before the window closes because I know I'll never wear them. If I ever dare to re-order Sorel online, I'll be ordering a size 11 for the first time in my life. I really wish they would fix the sizing, they just lost a new customer because of this issue and based on reviews, I don't think it's the first time.

They're cute but the soles are slippery on ice and there is not a lot of padding in the back of the ankle which gave me a blister on a 1 mile walk.

Bought these because of all the hype. But they aren't real winter boots, they keep you're feet warm yes but once you stay in the cold it's awful. You're feet are feeezing cold!!! Don't recommend if you're looking for something to wear in the New England cold weather. Awful

So disappointed. I bought this shoe last season, due to Covid was unable to return. The shoe has never been worn, was hoping to be able to exchange for a bigger size. It is a very small shoe and Sorel will not help me in any way. Very disappointed this is my first experience with Sorel.

These looked darling but should have read reviews. They DO run small. Second, there is NO support in them at the arch of the foot. There is very little ankle support as well. Back they go.
