Cute shoe but fit for me was a whole size smaller. Main reason I'm returning them is that I keep getting shoes sent to me that are clearly worn/used. Not paying this amount for worn/used shoes.

I originally purchased the 9 1/2, which is my normal size. The 9 1/2 was incredibly small and narrow, so I returned and ordered the 10. Well, that actually felt narrower than the 9 1/2 and no longer. Something is up and bot pairs came in unmarked boxes, no brand name. Both have been returned...

Even after reading reviews and ordering a whole size up, these boots felt too small. There is no room to wriggle your toes and that would make for cold feet. Oddly one boot was significantly smaller than the other boot, too. Poor quality control. I wanted to love these as they are cute. I can't understand why a big brand like Sorel can't accomplish cute AND comfortable..and true sizing. Disappointing..
