Love these new Sorel Brex heels! I work in retail so they offer nice support like my black Joanie Original wedges but Joanie with the cushion or my tan ones with the faux suede cushion add extra comfort & provide that absorb shock. But the style for Brex is so eye catching I get compliments all day.

Too cute, but too tight. I thought I would get saway wearing these. They are so cute. I ordered full size bigger, it still did not fit. The length is ok, but the width was killing my fit.

I usually wear a 7.5 and after reading reviews decided to order an 8.5. That was too big so went down to an 8 and it was perfect. They are super cute and comfortable except the upper part of the boot on my leg still felt irritating even through my sock. But I know I will have a lot of fun wearing these!

Love the style of these shoes. They rely do turn heads. I have wide feet so it is pretty tight on my toes. I would an additional whole size up even more if I could buy it again.

Boots do run narrow! I have narrow feet and I likely should have sized up a half size so that my toes aren't squished and I can wear thicker socks. Perfect heel height and walking on ice was fine. They do squeak at first but then it goes away. Would def recommend!

I love these boots, but like others have mentioned, they run narrow. I’m usually an 8 1/2 so I ordered a 9, but they were too narrow and small. I’ve sent them back and ordered a 9 1/2. Fingers crossed they fit because I love them!

They are so unique and get loads of compliments. The boot itself is very stiff and I wouldn't be able to wear for long periods of time. I normally wear a woman 7 med width but read reviews and ordered a 71/2 however it is still a bit tight on little toes.

Omg these boots are beautiful! Sorel quality never disappoints! Im an 8 & ordered the 8 . Its slightly snug on my right foot but I know Sorel leathers always develop some give so with wear they will loosen up. I also have a wider foot & the support after a season of open sandals & flip flops feels really good. The leather is thick but supple,(the kind of leather scratches can be easily rubbed out of. the support & comfort is excellent, I love the platform & the gummy heel & bottoms make for a cushy step! Really excellent quality. My favorite brand.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I have been your client for almost 10 years! I did not receive my order!!! Sorel representatives tell me that the courier delivered my order (although it was not my signature on the delivery and I did not receive anything). I have never lost my orders. Sorel refuses to help me find the package or return the money!

Love the style but they seem very narrow and are uncomfortable to wear for an extended amount of time.
I had the previous version of these and sized up from my regular size and my foot always slipped. Ordered this updated version in my typical size and length is perfect.

Wear an 8 bought an 8 but Im been wearing these hoping theyd wear in a bit but theyre just too small. It puts the arch in an uncomfortable spot and my feet will hurt for 2 days after wearing them. If they were sized correctly theyd likely be great.

While comfy and stylish, these aren't really holding up as well as I thought they would. Upper leather has already scuffed after less than 2 weeks of wear and it looks like the inner sole has been sliding down. I was able to push one of them back into place, but the other one is more stubborn. I would love to love these more because of their stability and weatherproofing, especially for an NYC winter and spring, but I think I may have to wear them less so that they last longer.

I never received my order of 2 pairs of boots. They shipped my order with Lasership, which is the worst delivery service. They must be cheaper than UPS. Sorel made me wait 14 business days to tell me:

I love the style! And I love Sorel. I own several pairs. I bought my usual size 5 but after I tried it on, it was tight. So, returned them and I bought half size bigger directly from Sorel and I am very glad I did and took a chance. this pair has been my got this winter. It is so comfortable. Now, that I have worn it so many times... I can feel that the material has stretched. Could I have kept the 5 and be okay with it? Possibly. But I am still happy I bought the right size.

I purchased the pink and black for $90. Well, they are used. There are a few scuff marks and a coffee stain on the heel. Since I have to travel out of town this weekend I cannot return them. But I will not wear them. I am surprised at Sorel for sending garbage.

First off, I want to say that this pair boot (SOREL Brex™ Heel Chelsea) is so pretty in person. It looks well-made like any other Sorel brand. I own several Sorel both sandals and winter boots. When I first saw this pair a couple of months ago, I knew I wanted it. I ordered my regular sorel size in 5 but after I tried it on, it was so tight and very uncomfortable. There was no issue putting it on though. However, it is narrow and it felt constricted. I do not think breaking it in, hoping it will get better in time will be of any help at all. Therefore, I am returning this pair. It is better to find a store or retailer that carries it and try it on in person.

for the devil's knives (elastic) that are on each side of the boot. Even through socks, the tops of the boot (the elastic part) cut, literally, BOTH sides of each leg, after an hour of wear. I am desperate to continue to wear these as everything else is a 5 star, but I have no idea how to fix them. I don't think this is a break them in scenario. I have about 8 other pairs of Sorels. I don't understand. :(
