Good quality. Lighter weight than the Caribou with good insulation. The foot is styled a little more like a rain boot, it less aggressive tread, and not much of a heel to speak of, in comparison to the Caribou. I would choose this over the Caribou, if I wanted to be lighter on my feet. The 1964 Pac boot fit a bit tighter over the top of my wide foot than the Caribou did.

Great boot - classic! Warm removable liner. Lower keeps the water out. Height good for deeper snow. Nice soft sole - could use deeper grooves for traction, but most of the time works just fine. Good looking and over all great value!

I bought these boots for my husband. They look amazing on him. He usually wears size 11, 11.5 and I had to get him a size 12 because he likes to wear them with thick socks. I recommend all Sorel boots. (I wear the women's versions: Joan of Arc snd the Toffino .

Lightweight, warm and comfortable boots. Am replacing Caribou style - but will always stay with sorrel.

Did great in 14 inch snow, no problem driving a 18 wheeler wearing them.

Light weight, durable with great ankle support. These waterproof boots will become your go to boots in rain or snow.

Shoes were great, and i love the slkeve thatsbinside. They keep my feet extra warm. Also, they are very comfortable and stylish.

50 yrs ago I purchased an earlier version of these boots. I am so pleased to have gotten these. They are extremely lightweight, a wide toe box, super comfortable, well constructed, and of course very warm. I have worn them all day for both running a snowblower and for hikes. The larger eyelets make lacing with gloves easy and the cuff keeps snow out and heat in. I strongly recommend these boots, I shouldn't have waited so long to replace the ones I bought in 1972.

After several moves, I misplaced my Sorel Caribou's. Used another "winter boot" for the past 2 years. Realized I was getting foot pain from poorly made boots. They're from a reputable company, but they aren't Sorel's. First time out with my 1964s, the pain was gone, I had better traction, weatherproofing and warmth. I'm never using anything but Sorel's again for winter boots.

Great winter boot. The overall quality is always exceeded with Sorel. The boot is comfortable yet warm. Not over powering warm that you cannot wear indoors for a period of time either though. Can wear comfortably indoors.

Great fit & quality. Nylon upper greatly reduces weight vs leather for improved comfort.

Nice boots but a tad narrow. Don't know if one size larger any wider.

My daughter recently moved from Florida back to Maine where we grew up. I bought these for her as an early Christmas present. I had a pair when I snowmobiled in Maine and they kept my feet super warm and dry and lasted for years. She works outside and told me she loves them and her feet are always warm.

I bought these for my daughters boyfriend for his birthday. He just moved to Maine from Florida so the temperature change is a culture shock for him. He works outside and he's on his feet all day. The temps have been zero lately and he said he is amazed at how warm these boots are. He absolutely loves them. I had a pair when I lived in Maine for snowmobiling, and they never let me down.
