I ordered these for my girlfriend because she had been wanting a pair of good boots for awhile. She was thrilled when she received them. The fit was great right out of the box, I ordered her exact size and it was perfect. The materials are high quality, you can tell just by the feel. Her last boots looked nice but were cheap and fake, these Ariat boots are on a whole different level. Very pleased.

Beautiful boot bit was too narrow. No help when called.

These were my first cowboy boots ever. I did a lot of research before my purchase, too. Im kind of in between a 6 1/2-7 so I ordered the 7 as recommended. I feel like I should have gone with my true size 6 1/2 but thats on me & feeling so unsure with my first cowboy boot purchase. I ended up loving them so much that I didnt want to exchange them! I wore them to a concert & stood for over three hours the whole time & they were so incredibly comfortable! They really conformed to my feet & felt great all night. I will definitely buy the Ariat brand again! The quality is top notch!

Great quality boot, excellent insoles! For a female boot the calf is too large. There should be an option for a slim calf. Overall great boot

When I say Ive been searching for red boots for a long time Im not joking! Its mid Nov, I started my search in the beginning to the year. I originally wanted them for a particular outfit, but became obsessed. I lost count on how many pairs of boots I bought, and returned to Amazon and other outlets. Im explaining all of this to say, they are worth it! I was trying to stay under $100 but I love my brown Ariat boots and this was my last attempt. I couldnt be happier, the arch is PERFECT, the color is beautiful! AND I have wide calfs. (The main reason I dont buy online) If you can swing it, buy them!

Nice boots- comfortable and attractive. I plan to wear them a lot when the weather cools off.

Runs about a half size big I should Have exchanged for 1/2 size smaller but also the color doesn't match the picture

Color is different than what you see on website. Less varied and rich. Sort of yellowish and dull. Still nice. I kept them.

These are nice, but definitely a tight fit in terms of foot width. I also felt that the color was much darker in person than in the photos.

I ordered these in the distressed ivory. The fit and comfort is perfect but the leather feels like it's old and unconditioned. It's crackly and actually flakey. I know it says distressed but I didn't expect it to feel 50 years old. I'm probably going to return them.

Good-looking boot, leather upper, the rest is synthetic. I bought these for my wife and in all of the pre-purchase research I did it appeared Ariat makes its in Mexico. So naturally, I bragged to my wife that they are made in Mexico where a lot of higher-end boots are made only to look inside and see "Made in Indonesia." Not exactly the center of the cowboy boot universe... They're going back.

Beware when ordering the Heritage Western Boots in distressed brown. The color is way darker than what is pictured and they run slightly big once tou get passed the ankle part. My shipment was delayed & the reasons given were bogus. Definitely not worth the price for such disappointments.

Lovely boots however they do run large, I sent them back as they were huge.

Boots are nice but impossible to unsubscribe. Bought as a gift and regret it as they won't leave me alone.

I was really excited to get these boots. (I ordered black but planned to get red, too, if they fit they way I hoped.) I ordered a 5 1/2, though I usually wear a 6 in boots, with thin socks. They fit perfectly through the foot, with much better arch support than I expected. The problem was at the top/calf. The were so wide that even if I wanted to tuck in heavy jeans, the top would still have a huge gap. So when I tried to walk in them, there was too much "play" from front to back. Back to searching for the perfect boots...

Much darker than image online. A lot of others mentioned same complaint, should update picture. I am going to return.

First of all, if you need these in a pinch, or order a pair just to see what they fit like, you'll wait forever. Awful customers service, and that doesn't even account for the fit of these boots. Ordered a 9.5 wide, this is on a bigger size of any boot I'd ever purchased. There is not a single wide thing about these boots. I'd love to know how the foot of the boot actually fits, but considering you can't even get your ankle past the ankle of the boot, you'll never know. Looking at the ankle, it's very clear they make no changes to it regardless of if the boot is wide or not. Extremely disappointed.
