I bought these shoes to size but they are small by at least a 1/2 size.

Tried to put these shoes on. Couldnt get foot in the shoe. These new openings dont match the foot size.

Fit small and narrow even though I ordered a wide. Returned

The wide are not wide

Thought they'd be as comfortable as all my other NB products, but they weren't. I would use these as a daily not worrying about them so much, but too expensive to buy them again.

Not great for someone with a higher instep.

I use the shoe for daily activities. One thing is I can't just slip the shoe on and easily walk out. Love the shoe but won't be buying anything that can't be loosen up with a shoe tongue etc. True to size when worn.

I love the New Balance fresh foam shoes. I have three pair that I wear almost all the time. I bought the cruzv1 thinking it was the same. It's not the same fit, it smothers my foot. When you have something that works good why change it?

I ordered a 14, not as much support and feels like the heel is too long.

Although these shoes were my size, they were too small and too narrow. I returned them for a refund.

I purchased the same size that I always wear in New Balance and when I received them they JUST do fit. I would like a 1/4 inch more room like all other shoes made by this company. Strange.

I love the sleekness of the shoe, however when I went to try on it was a little tight on the foot I even got a size bigger when I ordered just in case for that situation I will still be looking for another shoe and understand not all shoes brands are for everyone

I purchased a size 13 wide and the shoe is still too narrow.

I had the original Cruz and loved everything so I bought it these. One issue with these is they put a very obvious logo on the heel that ruins the subtlety of the design. I still rock them tho

These feel good only when I'm running, but if I walk in them, my feet hurt. I purchased a pair previously, but they were very tight. I purchased a size up and in wide. They still feel very snug, but doable for running.

Colors in the picture don't match the actual colors of the shoe.

Sorry to write that but the shoes were much smaller than my same model but from last year Can't wear them and have to bring back thats not cool

Ordered these because of the great price and attractive look. When they arrived, they looked great. Trying them on I noticed that I had to pull them on like socks, and they fit/felt like wearing tight socks. Because of the generally tight fit and sock-like uppers, I returned these for a refund.

Comfortable but the front of the right shoe was not put together well. It doesnt look right or match the left shoe.

I bought these based solely off their marketing blather, and they're of course nothing like what they described. The they make it a point to tell you how cushioned they are (they even have 'foam' the the show's name ) and at least the ones I got feel like a cheap pair of shoes bought at a swap meet Couldn't be more disappointed in this purchase . Only reason I gave them even 2 stars was because at least their width works

have a high arch feet, the shoe is not made for us. the size is ok, but i could not get my feet in the shoe. likemthe stlye so i cut the top so my feet can sqeeze in the shoe, still uncomfortably tight. need to cut further.

I have bought over 30 NB sneakers size 8. These shoes did not fit.
