These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. In top of that they look really good. I'm a huge fan of the OG Skat HI's but those are not good for long walks. I walk a lot in the city and so far they have held up very well. On top of that, even after 5 miles I'm still comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cool looking extremely comfortable shoe.

I use these everyday as a police officer, mainly in a swat setting and they're more comfortable than any boots or shoes I've ever worn. Seem to be put together very well.

I bought these in anticipation of a move to a colder climate since they had such great reviews. I haven't gotten to test out their ability to keep my feet warm just yet, but the are well-insulated and incredibly comfortable. I have no doubt they will hold up to the hype!

I am a race mechanic and am on my feet for 12 plus hours a day. These are super comfortable and give great support. The foot cushion is perfect. I highly recommend these.

The waterproof lining and comfort insoles really make this shoe absolutely incredible. You can wear it the heat or cold, and it genuinely is an incredible feel. The added comfort of knowing that I can just wipe off any scuffs or dirt, and knowing that this waterproof protection really means I can walk confidently knowing that these vans have me protected and they're just genuinely an awesome look!

nice in snow/ice cold weather

Absolutely great for cool spring and fall days. Keep my feet warm, with good traction. Just wish the arch support was higher or one available.

I will be buying more

I bought these mainly for hikes but wear them when it's really cold as well. They keep my feet so warm and literally are so comfortable! I listened to some reviews that said size up so I got a 9.5 and they were to big had to return for my regular size 9's.

Way thicker than I thought which is what I wanted.

Love these boots. I normally wear a 7.5 in the ultra range shoe. I ordered this Sk8-Hi MTE-2 Shoe in 7.5 and returned for smaller size 7. Love them

I am a solid Vans Fan and love the MTE-2 for the city. It's the perfect pair for rain, sleet, snow and cold and always does the job. The whole family has a set for the fall and winter seasons to make sure you stay warm and dry no matter what.

I'm obsessed with these shoes! I live in NW Montana so the traction on the bottom is a must! They keep my feet warm and are comfy! Run a little big.

Essential for walking to work at a preschool. They're just enough boots to keep my feet warm walking through winter puddles in Philadelphia and just enough sneakers to be safe maneuvering around the preschoolers on the ground while I'm chasing another student.

These I bought for Onewheeling. These shoes are so comfortable I bought another pair. Only bummed because when the weather warms up they might be a bit too warm . Definitely recommend. Very cool looking too. Buy them!!
