I got a 9 in the Koola mini II, and they fit fine. However, the 9 in these felt longer so I tried the 8 and they worked well. Love the vibrant colors. As I expected, my UGG inserts make the instep much too tight. These are my first Koolas, so hopefully the arch support will be ok for moderate use. I have high arches, and I think these will be ok for me and great for someone with regular arches.

Loved everything about these def will start buying more from this company than the main ugg. The price was amazing and the quality of the shoes is so nice, the color is perfect too, everyone compliments them.

When I bought these it said true to size, so I bought a size 7 which is my normal size. The boots are too big. I need a 6 but if I return these and buy the smaller size, I loose all the discounts to get the price above $53...something. The regular price is $80 and I don't want to pay that much. This is just too bad, you know?

My normal size is a 7.5 and I ordered a size 7. They fit perfect and I can still wear heavy socks with them! Love the style and they keep my feet super warm, especially on cold nights at soccer games!

Seemed to fit long, so I swapped my 9 for an 8.

A little clunky in appearance for my narrow foot but I expect will be plenty warm outdoors. Comfortable around the house for first tryout.

Nice warm shoe with the Ugg feel without pulling on a tall boot. Kept my feet warm.

Love these Uggs for colder weather when I don’t want to wear a taller boot. The toe box was generous, which is great for me, but may not work if you have narrow feet.

Very comfy but too big. Order a half size down IMO. I'll have to return these.

They just hurt my ankles which are kind of sensitive. The lining was good! Not sure if I’d like the not-real sheepskin but it was fine

I Love the color and stlye. The only thing I wish is that the front of the boot was not so wide. It feels a little big.

Fit wasn't too bad, but a bit big in the heel. They were a lot heavier and clunkier than I thought they'd be. I have another pair of uggs that I love, but these were not the ones.

These are cute but look like cheaply made shoes . The outer suede looks like synthetic although I think it is real. The inner lining looks , sort of like shearing but feels nothing like it. It gets hot quickly as I think the lining is made from polyester. They do run a size larger. I ordered a 7 and a 6. My normal size is 6.5 to 7 and the 6 was a perfect fit but couldn't deal with the lining.

Looked like clown shoes on me feet. I’m returning them.

I like the style of these better than the more expensive UGGs as they are not as big and clunky. However, they were too big in the heel for me (I have a narrow heel) and are not nearly as comfortable as "real" UGGs. I returned them, but I would have kept them if not for the heel issue.

I usually like Uggs but this model was clumsy to wear it made me trip, and it didn't give much arch support
