These boots are beautiful but they definitely size large. I am returning them for a half size smaller. The arch seems is high for my flat feet and is uncomfortable so I hope if the smaller pair will be a better fit.

Love these shoes! Fit great from the start. Super comfy. I read a review that they squeak, and they did on my kitchen floor for about 5 minutes then went away. These were true ti size for me. I have a size 9 foot and am on the wider side of regular width.

These are the best boots I have owned. I wore them around NYC for three days straight with no issues or pain. I have high arches and problems with foot pain normally. These boots rock!

The footbed in this shoe was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The arch support was in the wrong spot and painful.

These boots are so strange. Beautiful color, cute style and good traction. But the inside has this weird, large, step up of padding right before the heel. Maybe this is how this brand is but I found it extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t walk normally.

Why do the soles make loud squeaking noise when walking on anything but carpet?? I mean loud. Like rain boot wet shoes in a store after coming in from a storm loud. If I can’t find a solution I’ll return them because I like the boot but can’t bear the noise.

Look great but did not fit my foot. Heel raises up in the back when I try walking in them. Love the color. Sad to return.

I love these boots! So comfortable!

I originally bought these in black to wear to work, and I loved them so much that I got a 2nd pair in brown to wear at home. They are well made and have excellent arch support. These are my go-to in Fall/Winter, or anytime it's too cold/wet to wear my Birkenstocks. I love the natural brown; it's beautiful and goes with everything!

I loved these shoes but had to return them for a lace-up due to wanting more ankle support. These are great boots and I loved them but I needed a stronger ankle support for my small, weak ankles. I order Dr Marten's lace up with a side zip.

I read the other reviews and ordered these in an 8 instead of my normal 8.5. They fit very well and were comfortable right away. I wasn’t sure what the color was going to look like in person. I ordered the Barley and it’s like a reddish whisky brown. The leather is NOT shiny like the picture, in fact it’s kind of matte and gets little rub marks if you bump the rubber sole on it. I think this must be because they are waterproof. That is more important to me than them being shiny though. This is my first pair of Chaco shoes and I’m very pleased so far.

Fantastic arch support with classic Chelsea style. They feel solid without being chunky and have good grip in the rain. I liked them so much I got a pair in black too.

Great boots just a little narrow

Lovely color, a little narrow but nice boots

The arch support on these is amazing, especially for people with a high instep. Unfortunately, I also have a narrow heel and so my heel was slipping out with every step. Also the ankle was not very snug. I never have to size down shoes (size 10), but these seem to run big half to whole size. I still don't think they will fit my heel and ankle tight enough, so I am sadly returning. The UGG Harrison fit much better, but without as good arch support.

Feel solid, but a little too solid, like if you wore them for very long on the first day, you are definitely going to get blisters! I'm not taking my chances and sending them back. Also, if you have feet on the wide side, they are not going to fit!

This shoe came without a sole in one of the shoes, otherwise they would have been perfect.

I think I submitted a review - if you enjoy boot soles that sound like you went in the rain and stepped on glassy tile flooring, these are for you!! I don’t know how anyone can get past how loud the rubber is and how they even got to production?! I loved the style and fit, but honey, these boots weren’t made for walking! Unless you only walk on carpets. Lol.
