These are great boots. Really Good arch support, very stylish and very comfortable so far. I’m looking forward to wearing them this winter.

Very happy overall. Easy to get on using long shoehorn. Support is very good. Look good. Bought mainly for waterproof feature. They rub my inside ankle too much. Trying to stretch them with whatever fits and pushes out on area.

These boots were great initially. After 3 months, one of the soles began to separate from the upper. The tread also wore down to nothing and was extremely slippery on just about every surface. I walk an average of 2 miles per day at work. I expected more from chaco. These are TRASH. I returned for some dr. Martins.

Very pleased with these shoes. They work for any occasion, casual or professional.

Great shoe that fits true to size and has adequate cushion for arch support. I normally add inserts for additional cushion, but it is not needed with these. Very pleased with my purchase.

These boots were a loose fit in my size, could have ordered a half size smaller. They look great with jeans

Super comfortable with great support. If you like their Sanford you will like these too. But, I had to go a full size smaller than what I normally wear. No big deal with Zappos return policy. I read another review about the soles squeaking, and mine did squeak on the kitchen floor right out of the box. I was concerned, but it went away in 5 minutes.

I normally wear a 43 and that seemed loose. The heel was loose and the toe long but the width was fine so perhaps they are narrow? Might try another side. Good looking in person tho.

Great boot and very stylish. Can wear out to a fancy dinner, a work meeting, or just around the house when you want to feel big.

For context, I own many Chacos and love them. I have higher arches but these were way too high out of the box. My recommendations for Chaco: Fix the arch, lower the heel a bit, and pick a different sole. (This sole is oddly slippery at times. A casual shoe does not need a classic hiking lug sole.) It's also a bit difficult getting on and off but I've only owned them for a few weeks. If Chaco still makes this shoe by the time I wear these out, I'd buy another pair.

The only thing I don’t like about these is that the loop in the back is useless. You can barely fit one finger in it. They feel great and are getting easier to put on as they get broken in.

I bought a few sizes in these. Normally always wear a 9 or 91/2. Both Arlene too big. Will need to return. They are really nice boot and do feel comfortable though.

Tight fit cheap materials. Top of boot was too snug to get foot in.

It felt cheap. The top of the boot was too narrow to get front of foot in.

Not good! Had to return because too difficult to put on. The pull loop is too small to get a finger in.
