Such a festive looking dress! Very sweet! Feels a bit tight right under the chest when taking a deep breath. I usually wear a 6 in dresses but his one is a touch tight near chest in size 6. But you can move in it. A lighter dress than some even with slip under. Fabric is soft enough.
