I was really excited to get these sandals, but after receiving them, I'm unsure whether I'll keep them or not. Pros: Footbed is very comfortable! Love that there's some arch support. Also, they're cuter than I originally thought they'd be. Cons: The leather part of the sandal is so tight! Particularly tight is the leather piece that goes between your toes. It's like my toes barely have room to squeeze in there because it's too short. I held these up to my classic Jacks to compare, and the leather strap that goes between your toes is definitely longer on the classics. If I knew these would break in more and get better, I would keep them. But the description says they don't need to be broken in. I probably won't keep them. I really wanted these to work out.

i'm sad I can't wear these beautiful sandals; I need a narrow. Hopefully you will start making narrows

I've been wearing a pair of classic jacks for years. I've been waiting for the platinum and white color of these comfort jacks to be in my size for a year now. I was so excited when they arrived. However, the piece that goes between your toes - omg the pain. It's just a flat, unpadded piece and it hurts. The classic jacks have rolled over the leather for a round edge with padding. I can't wear these. I am so disappointed.

These are so incredibly supportive, I am never going back to any other sandal.

I've always always always have loved Jacks. I've had the classic pair in the past, and those have been so cute but have taken awhile to break in. After wearing my comfortable Jack's a couple of times they are SO comfortable. Plus they have the cute look and style of Jack Rogers. It's safe to say, I will be wearing these allll summer

I have always loved the look of Jack Rogers sandals but have been unable to wear due to needing a arch in my sandals. These new comfort sandals are so comfortable and are so adorable!

I love these sandals. I've always loved the look of jack's but knew the basic sandal would kill my high arches/feet, the comfort line is perfect. I was worried about reviews claiming that they had a painful break-in period but I didn't find that to be the case. This preggo momma is super happy to have comfortable, supportive cute sandals to take me through the summer!!

I love my Jacks! I had to quit wearing them daily because of Plantar Fasciitis! These are awesome, enough comfort to not cause me "discomfort"!

I am so thrilled that Jack Rogers finally put a comfortable foot bed on their sandals. They are the same leather top as classic Jacks with, finally, a comfortable foot bed. These are not squishy but are a firm, molded suede somewhat similar to the idea of Birkenstocks. These felt a little funny the first day I wore them but then, honestly by day two they were feeling great. I am sure that they will continue to mold to the shape of my feet. I ordered a half size down as some comments mentioned that that could be helpful for narrow feet and it was the right choice. I usually we a size 9 shoe and the 8.5 in this shoe is great. I do not feel that the leather part around the toe is too tight as some comments mentioned and I know that these will continued to stretch some as I wear them because they are leather. I honestly think that I will consign my classic Jacks and buy more of these! I am so, truly happy with them!

Love these Jacks! They are very comfortable & easy to walk in. So stylish looking too! I also like that they have a thicker sole. I'm very short & these shoes are not totally flat.
