Narrow so I need to size up but Vans does not allow exchanges so I lose my discount. Last time I order Vans. Not worth it

Received these shoes with visible stains. Will be returning.

I am very disappointed. My son only wore his vans for one season and the soles are already coming off. He has had them for only one year and after last season we stored them carefully. For the price I expected better quality shoes. Customer service was also very unhelpful they said they would be happy to help followed by telling me they could only help if the shoe was under six months. If I wanted shoes that would fall apart after one season of use I would have purchased cheap shoes. I will not be purchasing vans for my son, myself or my husband again and I will make sure to share with friends and family my experience and express how unhelpful customer service was. I expected more from Vans.

We are a family of Vans wearers, never had an issue. Ordered these for my 6 year old in July, it's September and they're falling apart. They're not even an everyday wear. Seriously upset with the quality of these sneakers. May have to switch from a Vans family to something else, if this is going to be the new quality.
