I 'm a bigger guy the heel is way to thin and narrow the shoes need to be offered in wide sizes

It has been 2 weeks since I ordered my shoes and I have not received them. This is totally unacceptable.

They don 't fit me :(

Shoes were too tight around the toes that i felt like a penguin. Wearing them without socks made my feet smelly and with arch ache

They came wet and damaged

I 'd like to return them. Too big I don 't have my order number. Can you help

These shoes are like wearing a sock with a sole.

Comfort is there but my foot slides in the shoe. Will return

Tore apart quickly, no return policy lol Also back heel slips off. Not up and out of the shoe, but actually to the side off the sole lol

All of the pictures on the website show the shoes standing upright, like a normal shoe. When they arrived they are just cloth sewn to a sole with no support around the shoe. They were not comfortable and seemed like they would be difficult to walk around in.

These shoes look funny unless the soles match up with the exact shape of your foot. I have slightly wide feet and you can see my toes through the fabric with such clarity that it looks weird.

Unfortunately they are too big for my feet despite getting size 5 which usually fits for me with other brands. I really wanted them to work so I wore them on a walk but was so uncomfortable (they are incredibly flat) even with my own insoles, that I unfortunately decided I need to return them, only to find out I no longer can because I wore them for barely ten minutes outside :( they are in perfect condition so its a bummer.

Runs big, but the fabric hugged my feet and caused a weird outline. There is also zero arch support, so both pairs were returned. I tracked the delivery of the return, and waited a few days after the delivery for my refund. After reaching out to the company, I was told that it would be 5-10 business days before I was issued a refund. It took about two business days for my order to be delivered. Please work on your return processing time!

I should not have bought these shoes as they offer ZERO support. None. Therefore I find them akin to a slipper. Toms Shoes have more support and that 's not saying much. Never again.

First I tried a size 13, which is what i usually wear... they were small all over. Exchanged for size 14. I really love how form fitting and stretchy they are, unfortunately they are a bit too narrow at the forefoot and they taper down at the toes too, causing an uncomfortable/squished feeling. Maybe if they make new versions they will fix some of these issues because I really love the show (if only it fit).
