I love the look and feel of these shoes. But after two times wearing it they are scuffed beyond repair. The heel isn’t black all the way through so you can really tell. I’m so upset about the lack of quality.

I love Tom's boots normally. Unfortunately, I bought these on a final size in my usual size 6.7. They are so tight and so uncomfortable- there's no way to send them back or wear them. Just a loss of money. This experience will definitely impact how I shop any Toms sale items going forward. These are not the same fit.
