I was very disappointed when I realized they were a final sale (which was an oversight on my part). I would have definitely returned them due to the lack of comfort with the cut of them. They are very uncomfortable on my lateral ankle.

Too tight and they won't let me exchange for a half size bigger. Definitely not as cute as in the picture

I really want to love them. They look amazing but left my ankles blistered and bleeding.

Guess it is too late to return. In addition, I do not have the original box. I cannot even get my foot into this boot initially as the main hole on top(where the fur is located) is not accommodating at all when initially trying to get my foot into the boot!!!

The quality seems off & they are not that comfortable Please send a Postage Paid Return Label... There was no packing slip/ return label in the box. I would like a refund

I love Toms but with some of their styles, they can run a whole size larger. This needs to be noted in product description as sale items are final with no returns or exchanges. Now I have a pair of shoes that are way too big for me.

Don't like them at all! Never shopping at Tom's again! Rip off!

It is a very snug fit. Definitely needs higher socks. Unfortunately I purchased 3 pair for gifts. I can't return because of final sale. I have always loved Tom's shoes. But not this pair. Wasted money

DO NOT BUY! So disappointed in this. I have tons of Toms, always a size 8 1/2, very normal foot. I CANNOT GET MY FOOT EVEN HALFWAY IN THIS SHOE! I tried and tried, no stretch and no give and I do not have a wide foot. Didn't realize this was a final sale, so I'm out my money. One star for the style, so cute and just what I was looking for but because of the poor design, unwearable. Do better Toms, maybe try this on an average person before you trick people into buying this very unwearable shoe to clear out your inventory. This longtime customer just lost confidence in your tried and true brand. Will look elsewhere from now on.
