I love the look and feel, however, after only 1 washing, the top toe seam had a hole the size of a dime. Disappointed that I had to mend new socks.

These were a gift from Smartwool and they're very cute (uhm, I mean ugly) and cozy! The only change I'd make is slightly wider (I have wide feet though) or stretcher. It would just make them easier to slide on. Hopefully they continue to make these year to year, great for gifting to others too.

I was hoping for light padding as described bit it tha thick padding.

I have worn SmartWool for decades. The only warm socks I ever wear for winter. Now, at 60, the leg openings are all the same size, too small. I ordered a size up (L) in hopes of getting larger opening. No dice, only longer foot. Can't even roll down to ankle, still too tight. Sorry to have to leave your product. I will miss you.

Purple eclipse, I back ordered two pairs because I liked the colors. After waiting for several weeks, they shipped me a color scheme completely different from what I ordered. The socks I received are not even represented as a color option. Returned. Waste of time. False advertising is the worst!
