I used to wear Light Mid Crews, but there were not many available when I made my last order. These are a great alternative: there is still ankle coverage for those who like that feature.

I wear Smartwool socks everyday. I love them.

Very comfortable. I wear them every day. They keep my feet warm and cozy.

The young grandsons were wearing my socks because they were much more cushioned then theirs!!! They now have their own hiking socks for everyday. I am the hero!

These are my go to socks. Never slide down, just the right amount of thickness.

I wear these every day, and also use them to walk. I've been buying them for along time now, & will not get any other socks. Yes, they are truly that good. I started using them, because I lived where winters are brutal & I have severe Reynauld's. So, I needed as warm as I could get, but I have reacted with hives to all other wool I've tried. Somehow I do not react to Smart Wool. And, they are comfortable & last a long time. So, I've continued to get them. I've also used the loner length hike socks, & have bought the liners to use under the socks when it's been extra cold. I now live somewhere warmer, but cont to use Smart Wool, because they also work well in hot temps.

I use these for horseback riding. They are great. I wear smartwool all year long. I love these socks.

I've been wearing this style for running for several years. I like my socks to protect my ankle when I accidentally kick myself while trail running.

The fit was fine. The style was great! I just didn't like how the toe of the socks felt outside, or inside.
