Very comfortable but doesn't last. I have owned 2 pairs that I have worn for about a year, both pairs have several holes from bumping into sharp metal. Both pairs have belt loops that have torn off and one has a large hole worn in the thighs.

I got a pair of these pants in black a little over a year ago. They fit nicely and were very comfortable. They lasted about a year but for the amount of abuse I put them through, that's not bad. I decided to buy a tan pair a couple weeks ago and they are much baggier than my previous pair and I can't wear them without a belt. Kind of disappointing

Probably a good pant, but the Ariat fit chart is whack and way off.
I assumed M5 was "straight" and M7 was "slim straight"
But M5 is more like what I'd call relaxed or loose and M7 is barely a "Regular"
In some places on this awful site M7 is "slim" but on this product page it's "straight" but it's too baggy to even justify as straight.
Waist and Length true to size. Just way too baggy.

The legs come out of the dryer all wrinkled and twisted every time, no matter how many items are in the dryer. Med heat.

They are good to go other than the zipper is too short and the M7 slim fit aren't slim fit in the butt. They are cut too big for slim fit.

These pants are very durable, especially in the knees. The fit is great. (30wx30l ) I am 5'7 150lbs. The only issue I have is they turn a faded purple color after washing a few times. 5 of my 6 pair of jeans are now purple!

I usually where a slim straight pant (size 34/32) and ordered these thinking theyed be similar to other pants ive worn. The fabric is comfortable however the rise is just a little too short for my liking. On top of that my thighs are a little bigger than average for my waist size due to working out so the slim portion is very slim and the straight frels more like a boot cut. Ill likely be returning them for a straight leg all the way through or a relaxed fit rebar

The M7 is made durable however the fit is far from slim. It is a totally relaxed fit pant. Tried it because of the great color and that is where this one stops.

The pants are a little larger than expected. I used the size chart and it's recommendation.
I even washed the pants to see if they would shrink to the correct fitting.Pants are great, just a little too big.

I absolutely love these pants. In fact, they are the only pants I wear. I originally bought 31x36 and they seemed to fit fine. I was sent a pair of 31x38 and I was pleasantly pleased with the extra length. Consequently, I just ordered 2 more pair of 31x38 for this fall. I held them up to my old pair of 31x38s and they are 2 inches longer, even after washing them. I am confused at why that is. I am going to see how they are at work tomorrow. Hopefully, I won't be walking on them.

My husband loves his Ariat M7 jeans. So we were so excited to find the khaki version of this fit. However within the first hour of wearing, the fabric had stretched out and didn't retain its fit. So now we are back to the drawing board on finding a good work-khaki in a slim fit.

Fabric is as durable as anything else on the market vs competitors. My problem is with fitment. I'm in search of a true low rise waist canvas pant, and these fit claim to sit below the waist but actually match the "sits at natural waist" description as other pants and I have to hike them up. If I let them ride slightly below my natural waist the crotch is way too low and ends up either restricting movement or rips out over time due to the additional stress. Once these are worn out I will keep searching for my ideal work pant.

I have 5 pairs of the M7 in tan/gray. For some reason, these are the ONLY pieces that come out of my dryer completely wrinkled from the knee down. It doesn't matter if I air tumble them, run it hot or anywhere in between. I have hung them after wash and they still get wrinkly, not to mention they are stiff that route also. I have plenty of pairs of M4 and M5 blue jeans, boots and shirts, which I love, but for my work pants, I think I will go another route in the future.
I bought 3 pairs months ago and 2 pairs a couple weeks ago and they all still do it.

The M7 and M8 are the same fit/measurements from the knee up. I have 7 pairs of m7 and m8 and all fit the same except the tan/khaki color m7 work pants. It's like someone grabbed one size too big for just the front panels during manufacturing. My gray pair fit just like all the denim ones. I've washed them and doubt I can return them. Just a little frustrating, for the price, I'd expect a little more quality control.

You should order a waist size down As my pair fit perfectly at first but after a half hour they become very baggy in the waist So I would order a size down

I expected the standard khaki/brownish color that is available by many brands. What I received was a very light khaki color. One could even say there may have been an olive grayish color before washed and worn a few times. It definitely did not look like the photos. Overall nice pants for work outside of the color being off.

While they are pretty nice pants they definitely are NOT a slim fit pant. Very baggy especially around the ankle. I think I may try their "modern slim" jeans as those appear to be slimmer then these pants.

I've worn them three times, washed once. Others have complained about wrinkles and they're correct they do stay wrinkled. I bought them for yard work so I'll overlook the wrinkles. My main complaint is they will not stay zipped. I can't rate the durability yet but I can't believe I haven't read any others complaining about the fact they won't stay zipped. I've added a key ring on the zipper and loop it over the button to keep the zipper up. The fit is good and I like the flexibility. Won't buy them again. I Don't recommend.

All my other pants were great but this pair shrunk to a 31 inside seam length. All my others shrunk but only to 33.

At first, I really liked these pants for work. I ordered 5 pair. After a couple months of wear and washes, the material stretches out in places causing runs all over the pants. It has happened to every pair now. I'm a loyal Ariat wearer. I've never had a quality issue, but I'll never buy another pair of these pants. Super disappointed.

I bought one pair of these to try and absolutely loved them, they fit perfect as i am a slim guy. So I gradually started replacing all my work pants with these. I have yet to find 2 pair that fit the same, same pant same size but they all differ in fit and length. Some are more like relaxed fit some fit like they are 4 inches too long. Great stuff but what happened to quality control?

Fit well and seem durable. They come out of the wash with bad wrinkles while other work pants in same load are wrinkle free.
