These looked cuter in the picture that in person. They remind me of elf shoes. They are long and narrow. Didn't fit my wider foot shape so will be returning.

These are super cute. Thought I was gonna have to return them cause the reviews were bad but they fit great and I like the style. They are low/short - hit the ankle. Would dress up some jeans. Happy with them.

I have fairly narrow feet, but the toe compartment feels quite tight, almost constricting while the ankle and arch are oddly roomy. Overall, I love the style, though and once they get broken in, I think I will get used to the fit. I'm 5'10" and typically wear between a 9 and 10, depending on the brand. I got the 9.5 and it was the perfect length.

I wanted these to be my shoe "between" a boot and a slipper, but not tennis shoes, mostly for wearing around the house. They are really cute and the color is beautiful. I opted to go one 1/2 size up, just to give a little extra comfort. I think I will enjoy these a lot!

These shoes attract so much lint/hair/dust/dirt/ that it gives them an aged look. I wore them for one day (a dry day) and by the end of that day they looked like I had them for years. Maybe if you don’t mind an aged look or the maintenance part of these shoes then they would be ok but it’s just not for me

Very happy with these UGG booties. They were very comfortable right out of the box, and fit true to size. Good arch support, very cute on. I've worn the with wide-leg jeans, skinny jeans, and skinny leg yoga-type stretch pants, and they look great with all three. Highly recommend.

Love them so much! I had actually ordered a size 5.5 a month ago and we had received an ice storm the night before the expected delivery date. So I tracked and it mention the carrier not having access to my driveway. So I called Zappos and the woman who was taking care of my situation went above and beyond while looking into the sit. She told me tht there wasn’t a plan listed to attempt to redeliver and when I asked could she send me a size 6 because after trying the boot on through a try before buy order with Amazon, the six felt a little more comfy. She was able to find one but the price had went up since I had purchased but she went on to say she was going to make sure with all the trouble we had went through to get them she would honor the price I had originally paid! This was my first purchase with Zappos and because of her dedication and positive attitude , generosity & most important, I heRd the authenticity in her voice and actions in wanting to ensure I was getting what I originally wanted and end up happy and for that reason alone i wil be a forever customer!
