I love the style but the opening is very tight & hard to get on & off. It is not made for medium or wide feet.

I was using for personal glamor wear but the instep was to tight and narrow I had the hardest time getting them on and off took over 30 mins with help needed to pull them off. and my feet are very slender I even order a bigger size no luck.

I love all things UGG that's why it hurts me literally to write this review. I had to wiggle my way into this shoes but didn't think much of it until it was time to get them off. The struggle was real. I called customer service and had a lovely lady spoke to me. The scary part was I told her I may have to cut them off my feet and she mentioned that it is possible that I lose the warranty and don't get my money back if I returned them. At this point my husband had enough, we were trying to pull these things off my feet for near 50 mins. After two hours and much prayer to the Lord almighty to get this thing off and release me We finally broke free. This can't be right. The fault is that there's no zipper as well as that front stitch. I don't know how this shoe got approved to be on sale but guys don't buy them. Get everything else but these shoes.

I was gifted these in my usually size and it was a task getting these shoes on and off. I'm not sure if you should purchase a size up or what. Once I got them on I loved them but again taking them off required a lot of assistance.

They are incredibly hard to take off.

I loved the color and the warmth, however the shoe is very narrow.

The boots are very hard to take off. My pinky toe was rubbing against the top, I had to wear a bandage and socks so my toes would not rub. I am not use to wearing socks with uggs.

I bought a size 8 and struggled to get the boot off. I ordered an 8 and 1/2 same problem. I returned the boot because I knew I would hesitate to wear it because of the difficulty removing the boots! Too bad because it was a great looking waterproof boot!

This is the absolute worst company anyone could possibly do business with. I recommend and I highly recommend no one ever do business with this company. If no 1 does business with them they will eventually close their doors that would be great for all
