These are my go-to socks as they are less expensive than other Smartwool models, they last years and are comfy as usual. The new version seem less "tight" than the hiking-specific ones, so keep that in mind if you prefer a snugger fit.

Have owned these for many years! Love them. Last forever and remain comfortable regardless of how long I'm hiking. Also superb customer service.

Smartwool Marino wool socks are great for hiking and backpacking. Wore my Smartwool socks on two 40+ mile backpacking trips this summer and they were great, not wear any other socks.

I switched from my old ragg socks to Smartwool back in the 90s and have watched them change through the years. I'm concerned about the durability of the cuff design and the newest socks seem to have gotten slightly bigger and baggier even as my foot has grown from a size 10 to an 11.

Product arrived with a hole in the toe... still have not gotten a replacement weeks after submitting warranty claim. Disappointing.

The padding on the socks make them perfect for hiking. And they'll definitely keep your feet warm on cold days.

I wear these around the house or outside with my boots. They are versatile and comfy! Just what I imagined a thick, durable smartwool sock would be.

Smartwool socks are the best (amazing quality, comfort, support and perfect thickness). The colors are great.

My first pair of Smart Wool socks where purchased in St. Mary Montana in 2005 which I still own and wear. Why it took so long to buy more is a mystery. They are without question the BEST socks I have ever owned! Great comfort, not too tall, warm in winter, still in great shape! I did have to sew up the toes, but that was after about 8 years of wear! I wore these as a police officer in Montana and in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary in California.

Bought these for my son again this Christmas. He asks for them EVERY year. They are durable and just what he needs! I'm sure I will be ordering again next December!

I buy a few pairs of that's socks every year. They are the best.

Worn for everyday comfort. Keeping feet warm during cold winter days

Upon receipt, the socks looked small in size. I looked at the packaging to verify I received the correct size, which I did. After I put the socks on. They fit correctly. I plan to use these socks for wet wading whilst fly fishing as they stay warm and comfortable when wet.

I have tried many different sock brands and keep coming back to Smartwool. The fit and feel is great and the quality is always tops. For comfort and performance, these socks are worth the money.

Great socks that are appropriate for all climates and weather. Never have blisters using these socks and though I live in Florida I never have sweaty feet.

Have worn Smartwool socks for years. They are cool even in Florida's hot climate. They are sturdy and hold up well along with being comfortable. We wear nothing ejse and gave gotten our grown kids hooked on them too.

These are the only socks my husband will wear. He wears them until they are truly dead. He is hard on socks as he does landscaping work all day long. I've bought many other brands and found them hiding in the bottom of his closet, unused. So, its smartwool or barefoot for him!
