I was hoping 2021 UGG shoes would find the path to wide(er) shoe sizes. Alas, if you have (even a slightly) wide foot forget it. Even with a thin sock you're not going to have enough room.

I liked the look of these but they didn't fit well and not made well. The quality wasn't there for me.

I bought a pair of these shoes a few months ago and had to exchange them because the shoelace strap broke. I received another pair shortly after, BUT the ones sent make a squeaking noise when I walk. I thought that it was the sticker on the sole residue but it's been a while and there's no way it's still the tacky stuff. I was going to exchange them again but sadly, I do not have the option even though they are still under warranty. The noise sounds like the sole is not properly attached to the bottom of the shoe. This is extremely frustrating and I expected better workmanship from Ugg! BTW, this is my first ever purchase from Ugg and I do not see myself buying from them again. Video attached. Does anyone else's shoe make weird noises when you walk? I had to send a pair back before because the shoelace loop tore. I received the exchanged pair soon after, but it makes a squeaking sound when I walk. Like the sole of the shoes is not properly attached or something. I thought that it was the sticky stuff from the sticker on the sole, but I have worn them for a while now and it's still making noise! This is very frustrating and I expected better workmanship from Ugg. Sincerely, A disappointed customer

I would give these 5 stars, but the inside of the boot rubs against the top of the footthey dig into the top of my foot when I walked and left red marks. I tried both an 8 and a 9, to see if it helped. I was so upset, because the look of them is perfect. I did try with and without socks on, to see if either helped, because I desperately wanted to keep them. I saw another review that mentioned the same issue. I have a narrow foot, but not sure that matters?

Nice boot, but don't use the back loop to pull them on as they are not securely fastened.

I cannot wear because the left boot is more narrow than the right boot. I waited too long to return the boots for a credit.
