Was disappointed that only the bottom was lined in Sherpa. Also, its a look I just can't pull off due to my short chubby legs. so I returned them

Very cozy and warm stitching is tight if you have a wide foot

This is a great shoe but the color "white" is not a true white....it is "cream". I was disappointed because I wanted white but kept the shoe anyway for rainy, wet weather.

They run small, had to exchange for size up. They are not comfortable at all but don't feel like exchanging again

It did not fit well at all. While it was cute, it was too short.

I wear a 6 in regular Ugg boots bought a 6.5 in this shoe and it was too tight a 7 probably would've been perfect also the padding in the back ripped within a week.

Love the shoes and the idea of them but could not wear because size was too big.,

Would not recommend if you have Morton's neuroma. Even with thin socks there isn't much room. I thought maybe they may need to be broken in some more. They're stylish but not comfortable.

Shoes were comfortable, super cute but do not keep your feet warm.

I wanted to make the puff work so bad!! Unfortunately the back of the shoe rubbed my Achilles the wrong way. Super cute, but didn't fit my foot well.

I've worn these twice and one of the zippers is already on the outs (won't zip up or down, and it's not jammed.. it just doesn't work). The are also extremely narrow. I don't have wide feet by any means, but wow they are tight. Size up!

Just got it. Tried it on but my feet hurt. Too narrow and I don't even have wide feet. Even without socks It's still tight. Retirning the shoes

Unless you have a narrow foot, don't buy. I would consider my foot wider than an normal foot but not to wide that I need wide width. I am a 6.5. I got a 7 & 7.5 based on reviews. Both went back. 7 was to small. Hardly could zipper. Length was ok foot felt to close to the top. Cut across the top where the seem was not comfy at all. 7.5 was good in length but still cut across the top row area and hurt. Zipper was still hard to close. I couldn't believe it. Both had to hit back.

I've been trying to return this item for about 2 weeks. I finally tried them on, and they are too big. It will NOT let me print the label. It won't show I purchased them

Completely uncomfortable!!! Fitting is terrible !!!

I really like UGG, I have a lot of shoes from this manufacturer, it's the first time i see a poor quality. This boots i just wore several times and the fabric fell apart.

I received these as a present from some friends. I wore them twice and the zippers broke. The metal attaching the fabric to the zippers seems very cheap. Almost like plastic. One broken and the others are already bending like they will be breaking soon. Really disappointed as it was a present. I have had ugg before and they were awesome. Wish the materials were better quality.
