I really wanted to love these boots, ordered two sizes. Both sets of shoes the right insole came out with the packaging. I never felt like I could get it reinserted correctly.

Very well made shoe, but the heel was too wide for my foot. The shoe would slip of my heel with each step.

Almost impossible to get on. I had to dig out my shoe horn, and still almost couldn't get them on. Once on, they were very stiff and rigid. Not comfortable at all. They are cute, but there is no way I could keep them.

it was stiff, almost painful. I have high arch & hi instep. It has NO arch support. the toe shape is old-lady ish, just round & blah. Just so hard

So disappointed in the decrease in the quality of Ugg boots. Bought 3 different styles and all 3 had insoles that were flimsy and not attached to the sole of the shoe. When I put my foot into the boot, the insole crumpled up, making them uncomfortable to wear. I compared these insoles to the ones in the other Ugg boots that I own. All of my mine have the Ugg sheepskin insole, attached to the sole so that they are cozy and do not shift or rumple. Please Ugg, get rid of the cheap foam insoles and get back to putting quality insoles in your boots!

they come with an awful insole, that you can not put your shoe on. I order some insoles to see how they feel

These boots looked super cute online, however, were not super cute in person. I probably could have ordered a 7 (my usual size for Uggs), but the website told me to get 7.5. They were too big, however, not worth exchanging for a smaller size — they’re super stiff, the insole is super flimsy (like other reviewers mentioned), and the zipper is awkward. They’ll be going back.
