size runs too small. I usually buy size 6 with UGGS but this did not fit.

Bought these 29 Oct 2024, and my daughter received them about one week later. She does love them, but "the playful UGGbraid detail" is already coming undone. Rather disappointing, given the perceived brand quality and the cost. I don't see a way to upload a photo - perhaps one has to be signed in for that.

Super cute but so clumpy. Felt like I was walking on 2 hard bricks.

I bought these shoes because I love Uggs and I wanted to try them out. The reviews said they were comfortable. I find that to be untrue. They are not comfortable. I am a size 8.0 (USA). I have several pair of Uggs in the exact size and they fit fine. These shoes don't fit my full foot. I can fit the shoe, but it's an awkward fit. Secondly the platform is uncomfortable. I wore these shoes to run errands (I drove people around) My foot and arches started to hurt. Something is just off with the make of this shoe. Buy the cheaper brand on Temu I'm sure they feel the same and cost less.

Too heavy for me and was falling of from my heel

They looked cute, but they don't stay on the heel. I returned them and got the other non-platform style.

The fact that this ugg is very cute design wise, I live in Minnesota which has one the coldest winter. and this shoes make my foot sweat. However, this ugg is so easy to get dirty even tho I do use the UGG kit for protection. Moreover, if you think you wanna walk in it, then it's the no go, this one has literally no back strap so you will have a feeling of walking in flippers

i was so excited to finally have these but once i got them i was pretty disappointed that they run small. i'm a true size 8 but the 8 in these feel like a size 7 and my heel sticks out which makes the back part of the shoe bend since im pretty much stepping on it since my whole foot doesn't fit. i managed to stretch it out a bit so it does fit way better than it did initially but still pretty crazy i would've had to order a size 9 when i am not close to a size 9 whatsoever. idk why platforms usually run small although cute that's a huge dealbreaker.

Maybe I need to break into them, but they're just super uncomfortable to walk in, my heels are always hurting in them, I'm always near tripping on my own feet, and since my feet don't go all the way in with them they're always slipping off. Two stars because they're cute and warm but that's all.

I feel like they run small because of the fur inside you might have to size up to be able to wear comfortable. I couldn't walk comfortably with them on with socks they felt too tight will be returning .

I'm so disappointed!! These are SO MUCH more narrow than my other 4 pairs of Uggs and the lining inside seems cheap. I sent them back to size up to a 9 from my normal 8's and it was much better. The toe box is short and narrow and my heel is not secure. They hit my foot in all the wrong places and would be a struggle to walk in and keep on my foot. Sizing up also made my foot look HUGE and NOT in a good way.So bummed but they are going back!

I figured this style was snug around the back of your foot, but It doesn't have any support for the back. Each step you take your heel lifts away from the shoe. Personally it was annoying walking in my house with them, so I knew outside would be an absolutely not. They are really cute, and maybe you need to size up? This was my first time trying on tazz, i've never been able to find tasman slippers in store, so I don't know if sizing up will solve the issue of no heel support

I'm pregnant and wanted to use this as an easy and comfy shoe for my everyday tasks but it is extremely uncomfortable.

This shoes has perfect height heels platform shoes.. love the look but with socks it's keep slipping off and not comfy for long walk

I purchased these uggs in November. I haven't even had them a month and the stitching is coming undone. I talked to a rep that said i could exchange but come to find out my size and color are sold out. So I don't have any other option except to basically keep them or change color. Disappointed.

The inside feels like it will wear out after a few wears and the outside looks like it won't last either. So disappointed. I've had Uggs that have lasted for years. I'll be lucky if this lasts a couple of months. Uggs are expensive and you'd expect much better quality. Not sure if I will buy another pair in this brand.

I received these as a birthday gift from my parents and absolutely loved them but they ran small. Within the hour I received the slippers I processed an exchange for one size up and took them and sent them back immediately. The very next day I received an email from UGG saying that the size I requested was no longer available. I found this to be extremely poor customer service and the email was basically just "sorry to disappoint you". Now I can't find the Tazz in Sand anywhere. I think this is really, really crappy customer service.

Cute but they are for narrow feet

I love the way these shoes look but they run a little small and I was worried they would cut up my feet so I wanted to size up. Basically the exchange process has been really frustrating and my takeaway is DONT LOOSE OR TAPE THE BOX and you cannot exchange in store if purchased online. Also, CHECK ON YOUR EXCHANGE STATUS. I wanted to double check mine and when texting with a customer service representative I learned that my exchange failed (which I was never notified of before). I was told I must reorder, but when I reorder it I don't get the same $10 off reward I used for the original pair. I asked if I can get the reward since I tried to exchange for the reward and they said no, it wasn't possible. I am left feeling really frustrated by all my efforts over these shoes and debating if it's even worth re purchasing.

I love the shoes so much. They're really cute and I wish I could wear them more often but they hurt my ankle so bad that I have to put them aside for now TT

I BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER AND MYSELF A PAIR, NO MATTER THE SIZE THESE SLIPS OFF THE HEEL, VERY ANNOYING, I WISHED I HAVEN'T WORN OUTSIDE BECAUSE I WOULLD HAVE SENT THEM BACK. I'M GOING TO WEAR THEM BECAUSE THE MONEY I SPENT ON THESE BUT THESE SHOES ARE A NO! NO!

Sadly these shoes were way too small for me. I'm usually a 8.5 Women's and got a 9. I thought it would be fine and wore them first without socks but with socks they are uncomfortably tight. Wish I had tried it on with socks before wearing them out.

I purchased a size 8 but it was too big so I exchanged for a 7 but it was too small. Another thing is that shoe flops in the back when you walk in them. I was so disappointed because I really like them!

If you enjoy not bending your feet when you walk then these shoes are for you. They are hard and uncomfortable.

Love the quality but the sizing is so small. Really wish I had sized up :(
