The slippers are fantastic and in line with the excellent quality expectations of purchasing UGG. I was looking to purchase a second pair of UGG Slippers with the points earned from the purchase using their $20 discount. Points are supposed to be added to the account within 48 hours and after 7 days without it being added to the account, the website states to contact customer service. I contacted customer service after 7 days to have the points added. It has now been 16 days and points are still not on the account. Also, the second pair of UGG slippers I was looking to purchase are no longer in stock in the appropriate size.

I wear an 8 1/2 so sized up to a 9. When I walk my heel comes out of the shoe. The heel back is very low. Everyone said to size up but I feel that the 8 would be too small. They are hard to walk in due to this problem.

I usually wear 7 in ugg but this one and the disquette fit Smaller

I do love these just wish they were more comfortable while walking. It may just be me personally but they're hard to hold on the feet while walking without dragging your feet. I wish i got the regular ones instead of platform. Other than that perfect!

did not know that they run small and don't stretch.

I was so excited to get these and I love the dark color and of course being height challenged I love the platform even more! The fur is so cozy which I really appreciate with the issues I'm having with my feet bc of my MS. I'd give them 5 stars but unless they stretch out at all then I'd say I should've exchanged them bc they run small. I'm normally a 7.5 so always buy an 8 in UGG's but these feel like a 7. Still love them but they'll be inside slippers.

Ilove this style - wear it year round. Not just for the house, but outdoors, too! The color is gorgeous! The Taz is amazing. TTS and a perfect blend of comfort and durability and style! WOW!

I wear a size 8 1/2 and I sized up to a 9. Perfect. Yes it's a tiny big but at the end of the day I appreciate the little extra room. I love these! They're cushiony and warm. I'm happy with my purchase.

I am a true 8.5 and I sized up to a 9, I'm so glad I did, because I can wear a chunky sock and not feel so snug!

Easy to order and received item sooner than expected. It is a gift for my daughter so I know it's something she wanted very much but just didn't want to spend her money for it :-) She has multiple pairs/styles of UGGs and is a repeat customer, so I know she'll enjoy them very much.

Yes the shoe is good but absolutely to expensive

I love the look. The color is just what I wanted. Only reason I didn't give it 5 star is, at first they feel difficult to walk but then you are ok. Also the socks you wear do make a difference when walking.

I love these. Kiiiinda wish I had gotten a darker color, since the beige shows dirt easier, but that's on me! These uggs are so cute, go with everything, and are so soft and comfy. Always recommend.

Wasn't sure about the Ice Blue color, but the price was right and I need another pair of Tazz for indoors only. They are perfect and I'm glad I decided to jump on the offer. Love all my UGGs. Have about 15 pairs of them from leather to suede, platform to flat. Worth every cent and keep your feet snug and warm.

I didn't realize the sole of the shoe was so thick Not comfortable to walk in with a thick sole

Red Jasper is a unique and beautiful color. I find this style to be oversized. This is my very first pair of UGGs. I was so excited to get them in just in time for the cold winter temperatures. I purchased a pair of UGG socks to go along with the Tazz slip on. My feet feel like they are swimming in the shoe. I wish had sized down to a 5. I have to wear regular socks or they are too BIG on my feet.

The inside feels like it will wear out after a few wears and the outside looks like it won't last either. So disappointed. I've had Uggs that have lasted for years. I'll be lucky if this lasts a couple of months. Uggs are expensive and you'd expect much better quality. Not sure if I will buy another pair in this brand.

I love Uggs I'm never let down the quality is impeccable. The only thing is I thought a seven was kinda small

I normally buy a 7 1/2 just when you get older you want more space of course no half sizes so I had to get a 7. I'm glad I did so wont flop off. The red is not red like I thought it was going to be in the picture. I didn't think it was red, red more of a deeper wine red. I'm thinking when I go out in the light, they will be more of a red plum, but they're cute so I'll be keeping them. I wish it would let me submit pictures, but there is no option to do so.

These shoes are cute and comfortable. I have a narrower foot, so wondered if they would be too wide/sloppy but they fit perfectly. I normally wear a size 8.5, so went up to a 9 and they are just right. Will be a great 'go-to' shoe this winter!!
