I was disappointed when the shoes didn't work for me. The designs of the shoe somehow makes it awkward to walk in, which is very different that my other styles of Uggs. I have about 15 pair and have never had a problem before, so I've never had to return any shoes from Uggs.

The back hurt my feet the shoe. It no comfortable. I wore them to work not a good idea

If you want a slip on with no back this is good but if you want some support at the heel this has zero and it's oddly sits halfway up the heel and when you walk the heel keeps slipping out
