Soo cute but no flexibility within the footbed..

Actually, my sister returned item kind of clunky.

Well my slippers came in split on the bottom. Customer service said I had to pay for return. I asked to speak to a manager because no way am I paying and now I want my money back.. they never credit my $20.00 bonus back either. To top it off he was rather rude. I have been buying from Uggs for many years, however, I don't think I will for some time after this happened. Good customer they just lost 4 girls I buy for on a yearly bases.

I thought these would be a comfortable wear around the house shoe. They looked so fluffy and comfortable. The sole is different than other Ugg shoes. It is hard with no give. Not comfortable at all.

Don't like it too chunky. Adds like two inches to my height which I don't like, and I can't return them which I really dont like.

I went based off photos and reviewers when they said they loved this slipper. I just got these today and they are SOO ugly omg. I returned them same day. They are huge looking and just nothing nice to say about them. Ugg needs to do better.
