I bought a pair of beautiful UGG tall smooth leather boots about 10 years ago and absolutely loved them. They were excellent quality. I still wear them! Since my last experience with a more formal UGG boot was so good, I splurged and bought both colors of this boot. However, the quality of UGG boots seems to have declined. As soon as I opened the box the thin, cheap material insole from both boots fell out. They were being held in place by two pieces of tape on the underside of each insole. My old boots had the classic UGG fur insoles :(. Even if the insoles stayed put, they seemed like they would wear out quickly. The quality of the leather, zippers, etc. were also not satisfactory for an UGG product. Returning.

I got the boots they are perfect Quality they just are smaller then the side I'm already a 6 and they are too tied

Great boots, too narrow for me. I would recommend these to someone with narrow feet.

I have muscular calves so it was hard to zip. I liked the pull on ones better. Stretched out so you didn't have to worry about zipper.

I was really disappointed to see that it fit my foot but not my leg. Do they make these for skinny women only ? If I size up I'm sure they still wouldn't fit

Cheap looking. Look and feel like plastic. I returned the Harrison tall Boots purchased in black. they are not leather they are faux. Not as pictured on website. Ugly and cheap looking. Do not purchase you will be disappointed

I ordered the Harrison Tall in a size 8. They didn't fit. Then I receive a Harrison Tall in a 7.5 that I don't recall ordering I'm have difficulty sending back the v7.5
