Super comfy boots, and just the rugged/sheek look I was going for

I love the look and color. They were a little tough to out on at the beginning but have loosened up a bit. I dozed up half a size for chunky socks probably didn't need to do that but they're not TOO big.

These boots are comfortable enough to wear to work, Which is the reason why I bought them

Love the boot. However, I had to change the size and the customer service changed the color!!! I didn't like that change. I rather have them in forming me that they didn't have the chose stout giving me the option to accept a refund. Instead they sent me a black boot. Not nice customer service attitude... I am keeping the black boot to avoid any other issues.

Love my new pair of black bots. The heel height is just right for walking and being on my feet and still feeling a bit stylish. They are a bit tight in the ankle which makes them a bit hard to pull on but overall a great purchase.

The boots are very wide and roomy.

Very comfortable, easy to get on. I like the leather, feels durable and will stand up to the elements. I found these to run large - I bought the smallest size I normally wear (7) and still put some inserts in the because the heels are a bit big. But that plus some boot socks and they work fine.

I love the left boot not the right so much lol very comfortable but right hurts my ankle and caused a blister.

This boot is an all-over dark gray/brown and not "weathered" at all, so keep that in mind when ordering. I originally purchased these in black and loved them so much, I decided to take a chance with the slate color. In spite of the non-weathered look, I'm going to keep them. I usually wear a 41EU, but purchased a size 10US in these. My orthotics fit well inside. The boots are comfortable and will hold up well in rain, slush or snow. I would have given the slate color 5 stars along with the black pair, because the design and quality of the boot is great, but I deducted one star as the slate pair was not weathered as described.

Pretty disappointed by these. As other reviewers have mentioned they are very difficult to get on and off. And although they are lined, the lining is quite plastic-y feeling, very unlike the old Ugg Bonham Chelsea boots that had a fleece type lining. i will say these are very cute and super comfortable once you get them on. Hoping they break in over time and getting them on/off won't be so annoying. If you want a cozy fleece lining like the old Ugg Bonham, these are not it. I have SO many Ugg products, this is the first item I'm even remotely disappointed with. :(

I like the style of this boot, but they're kind of hard to get on. I can't get them on with thin socks so I have to wear barefoot. I'm hoping they losen up after several wears.

Rough edges , sharp glue or stitching the scratched my leg when my sock moved down my leg from walking .

Top of boot around the edges rough , sharp . Scratched my leg when my sick moved down throughout the day of walking / moving around .

I love the quality and the fit but they are very difficult to put on. It's a real struggle putting them on.

I absolutely loved the look of these boots when I received them. But getting my feet into them involved a lot of pushing and pulling. The length of the boot was fine, and the width of the boot around my foot was fine once I got my foot in. It was just the narrowness of the boot where the shaft turned horizontally - there just wasn't enough stretch. Would they have loosened up a bit over time? Maybe, but no guarantee. I have always worn medium width shoes, not wide. And those medium width shoes were not even tight fits. Plus, when I took the boots off, the insole came out - every time. Unfortunately, I had to return them.
