I didn't use the product, they were a gift for a friend and he love them..

I wore my first pair for 9 years until they literally starting falling apart. Once my recent pair came in, they have the same feel of comfort and quality. The heel seems a little lower, but I'll adjust to it. Couldn't be happier! I ordered a half size larger and they fit perfectly.

After 5+years they still looked good but UGH.... I thought it was time for a new pair. He virtually lives in them when he's at home.

I love my slippers. They are so comfy and warm and very durable.

This is a very comfortable shoe for me and my wide foot. Easy to wear, warm, and firm. I am getting ready to buy my next pair. However, there is a design flaw, and I would like to see this corrected. At the tip of the shoe, some stitching is done during the manufacturing where the tip of the rubber sole is stitched to the leather at the tip of the shoe. This is where each pair I have ever had has torn. I end up with a large inlet for air and junk. I believe this could be corrected with either a longer rubber soul stitched together with the top piece or some sort of glue. (See the attached pictures.)

I had two pairs of UGG slippers previously that lasted many years. I thought I'd give another brand a try as they were considerably less expensive. Everything was great with the new less-expensive brand until they completely fell apart only 6 months after purchasing them. I replaced those with the UGG Ascot Slipper and they fit and feel great. I know they will last.

This is my third pair of these slippers and I wear them every day. I will definitely be buying another pair

This is my second pair because it was time for a change of color not because the old ones were worn out. Super comfortable and durable. The correct size may feel a little snug until the lining settles in and then they're perfect.

Bought these for my elderly dad and he has never been happier. Loves that he can wear them inside and out - he says it's like he has slippers on all day long!

Great overall slipper. Fit is good. If you have wide feet than maybe this isn't for you. But they fit snug on my feet. Comfortable and good looking.
