These are NOT REAL SHEARLING
It is wool or something glued onto polyester. They will not be warm or last
I ordered them from uggs

I was very excited about getting these slippers, I had a pair of uggs a while ago and wore them out , but when I opened them the package was high class but I noticed they didn't match in workmanship the left slipper was fine and straight, the right slipper was deformed, and offset to the right the closest store is 80 miles away, 180. Disappointment my food is 9.5 I got 10 and still tight but it's leather it will loosen up

Product falls apart after two weeks wear. Insole (which was badly glued) came out and totally disfigured. Not worth the price. Not up to UGG standards.

Purchased these for my husband prior to last Christmas (2016). He opened them when his old ones wore out recently, only 1st trying them on to find they're very tight. He's always been a size 10 for many, many decades so size selection isn't wrong. They're evidently manufactured differently than other slippers we've purchased through UGG. It's a shame Ugg is outsourcing to China and not using Australian or American manufacturing. Regardless, rather annoyed since it's now so many months & likely cannot return for exchange.

I'm returning this for an exchange. Hopefully the next pair will work better. With this pair the sole wouldn't lie flat and buckled making it uncomfortable. Your customer service has been helpful with the return

I have been purchasing UGGS for many years but after the past few months I will not purchase them again. First, I purchased another pair, they came and were clearly used with chips in the sides of the shoes and scuff marks all around. Sent them back for exchange. Second, while those were gone my UGGS I bought in August split at the seam. I sent them in and they sent me another pair. This pair had a size 7/8 cardboard piece in the left foot and a 9/10 in the right. The right had a cardboard tube that stretched that slipper even further. The left did not have the cardboard stretch tube. This means that the left fits perfectly while the right basically falls off my foot.
It is unfortunate that the quality of the Ascot is no longer there (e.g. spltting at the seam after less than 6 months of normal use), that there is no quality control in shipping shoes out (e.g. shipping me Ascots that were obviously well worn even though new soles were clearly placed on them or cleaned up), and the sloppy shipping with mismatched cardboard inserts that clearly stretched the one slipper and not the other. Another point is that with the first couple they sent them out with the cardboard tubes that make the heal pointy upon arrival. This is not good as they stretch the shoe and create what seems to be a permanent stretch/indent.
I will not consider purchasing another pair and will have to find a similar product made with quality at the forefront.

I ordered the same slipper, - ascot, and same size, 11, that I ordered for my boyfriend a few years ago. 11 fit fine with the first pair & he's still wearing those - but the new ones are way too small. He said his toes were jammed against the fronts. So, I returned them for size 12s. Although the 12s in his second choice color are in stock online, I received an email saying that my return can't be fulfilled.

First, I purchased another pair of UGGS in August. The seams split open in December. Instead of returning them I purchased another pair. They sent me a pair with scuffed up front toes (photos available). What is going on with UGGS? I purchased many pairs over the years..the durability/quality and then the issue with sending me out supposed new UGGS (not worn by someone else) is incredulous. So disappointed as I really, really enjoyed them but now need to find a replacement for the comfort/feel they give.

Great material, some of the best ive ever seen on a slipper the outside felt so soft it was alost unbelievable.
Poorest manufacturing ive seen in a long time, i wouldnt buy these for half the price, if they are normally like this im hoping not and exchanged them, but just looking down at the slippers, the left has a narrower toe, they dont even look remotely symetrical, the left shoe created a pain right in the center of my heel, it torqued my left leg that after 4 hours of just wearing in the house mainly sitting my leg was killing me. I hope the exchange is better but if not i could never recommend such expensive slippers with simple manufacturing flaws...especially with such nice material its sad.

I bought these for my husband, but they are not the ones he wanted. He liked the Ascot Pendleton, but when I went back to the website to place the order, they were no longer listed on the website. I did see them on the website the week before. So I ordered these, since they were the same style but no bright colors. Besides not being the right color, they are also tight on his foot. I will be returning! Normally he is size 9 1/2, so he asked for a size 10, but he probably needs a full size larger or 10 1/2.

I normally wear size 9 wide. I could not begin to get the slipper on my foot. Internet ordering without trying on did not work for me.

the sole is broken, can't believe it. I took the pics which are gonna astonish the producer how poor the quality of shoes are.

Got these slippers as a Christmas present. They seemed decent at first, but due to all the fluff, it was impossible to tell there was anything wrong until after being worn for a while. After a couple days of wear, I noticed that the insole on one of the slippers was cut poorly, being too small to cover the entire space of the sole of the slipper.
My girlfriend raved about this company, so I expected better. I guess not.
Having made my own shoes in the past, I could have done a better job than this with much better quality.

The slippers are great, the whole family has at least one pair. It's become somewhat of a Christmas tradition to refresh and replenish the family's UGG slippers. Until this year...
