I love this product the only flaw was the soul of the left shoe was never glued in I sent them back. The return is just taking longer than I wished

The slippers are great but the process of getting them took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and a "lost package". The free expedited shipping code was a joke and my first order was "lost", when i would call in the i was continuously told to wait another day and call in. When i finally got someone to listen to me they overnighted my order and i finally received the slippers after two weeks. great product, alright customer service and terrible logistics process.

One of the slippers has the inside stitching poking me in the foot.

You have to judge for ur self

Fur is the worst thing about it. Other than that solid shoe.

This is a nice slipper, it is durable and warm but on my current pair the right insole started moving the first week I owned them when they were brand new. I've never been able to get it set again and it's been very very frustrating as the insole constantly moves back on the right slipper. When I called Ugg they said there was really nothing they could do because I received them as a gift and recommended trying to glue the insole down (I've tried many times with no luck). I have had many Ugg slippers and boots, and I usually love their products. But be sure to check the insoles when you buy a pair of Ascot slippers.

My first pair was sent back because one slipper was missing some fur on the side and the leather rubbed my foot badly. The replacement pair was better in that regard but the R slipper is smaller than L. Which is a problem because that's my bigger foot and it jams my toe. Can only wear them for short periods.

Attractive, and reasonably comfortable, once i aqueeze my feet into them.

This could have been a perfect show if the ugg company paid attention to the fact that the product runs small.. the company knows how expensive these products are it would be nice not to waist people's time by actually testing the product before putting it on the marrcket without advising clients product runs small.. people don't have time to keep changing sizes.

My son is usually a 9 1/2 in shoes. You recommended a size 10. It was shipped to his school hours away from home. The shoes are too big and he threw out the box so they cannot he returned. It was disappointing. It was a surprise gift because he's so far away.

They are comfortable and soft. I feel like Uggs are mostly for girls so saying Ugg allover the bottom is not my favorite part.

This is my third pair of these slippers and was a little disappointed with these. Not as much padding in the heel and you can feel where the rubber soles are joined on the bottom.

These replaces the same style but these are just not losening up. Should have sent them back. This will be my last Ugg purchase. There is too much variance in quality. Shouldn't the same style,color and size fit the same as the one it replaces? Apparently not.

These are great slippers, I have a pair for myself and ordered a pair for my husband. We noticed a defect in the cut in the tongue part and I emailed UGG and said I would send a picture. They responded with telling me to return them and they will analyze the "defect" and if it isn't a defect they will send them back to me. If it was they would replace. Too much of a hassle. I just returned them. It was like they didn't believe me when the picture I offered to send was very apparent I'd the defect. I didn't feel like waiting what seemed would've taken weeks to sort out.

Shoes were great and fit perfectly

This is my second pair. The first lasted about 6 years! The sole has been reconfigured and is not as wide or sturdy as the first pair. This is a bit disappointing because I can feel the edges when I walk. Still warm though.

Do not wear these outside. The leather at the toe does not stand up to outdoor use. Had mine less than a month and the leather is worn out at the toe. Such a shame that an expensive slipper like this did not withstand minimal outdoor use.

I wear a size 9 M in virtually all shoes and boots. Your size 9 Ascots would not even go on my foot, even with no socks. It appeared to be on the order of a size 8. Also, the quality looked very good, but I had to return them and the sizing is so far off! I afraid to try another size without trying them on.

Purchased for my 91 year old dad who wears size 10 shoes. The slippers were so narrow he could not slip them on. I have sent them back for a refund and I will go to an UGG retailer and try a larger size. Hope it works , they look so comfy!

If I had known these were made in China, I would have bought a less expensive pair that would probably also have been made in China. I was expecting better, softer leather. Took about a week of wear before they fit as expected.

These are supposed to be in door slippers - my college age son wears them EVERYWHERE (after stealing my husband's pair I had to buy him his own). Please tell me how I can get him the "Unidays" discount so he can buy Uggs on his own - I'll be bankrupt if I buy him as many pairs as he wants!

Too small. Waiting for the exchange

First pair delivered was too small. Had to go through the trouble to exchange them.

Bought for my boyfriend, definitely need to go up a size.
