Love these Uggs!!

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend. He's had a pair Ugg house shoes for 6 years and it was time for a new pair. They came in perfectly and I think they fit him okay...but they are a little too small. I'm hoping they'll stretch out as he wears them.

I work from home and wear these everyday. The 1st pair I loved!! They are great for indoor and outdoor use if needed. I get cold easily, so these have been a lifesaver. My only complaint with them is that after about 2 months of having them, the wool area in the back, exactly where your achilles rests, wore through completely. This caused a great deal of discomfort on my tendons. For $100+ pair of slippers and Ugg brand, they should last much longer than 2 months. I reached out to Ugg, and they were great to replace the slippers. I exchanged for the EXACT same slippers. Now that I am on my 2nd pair, they are still as comfortable as ever. HOWEVER, after about 2 weeks, I can already tell the achilles is wearing out. :( I am shocked they are wearing out so quickly. I wear them around the house and when I am sitting at the computer working. Other than this issue, I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED them!!

These are super comfortable and easy to wear. If you live in a small-town then you can easily wear these to the store/coffee shop and whatnot, however, don't expect people to be fooled - these are slippers.

I had to return them. I bought them as a present for my husband. He had an older pair and I tried to get the same size, but on the size part of the order, I could not tell if I was ordering the UK or the US size and ended up getting the wrong size. I have returned them and am waiting on the next pair to arrive. Suggestion - Make the size indicate the UK or US size instead of having to ma a choice.

Besides the price, I'm completely satisfied with the product.

Returning for another size

i sent it back. it was to small. requested an exchange, but have not heard anything yet.

I bought these EEE width slippers because the regular D width slippers I've ordered in the past have always been too snug. I wear a size 9 shoe but past experience led me to try the 10EEE this time. I now have slippers that fit me comfortably, although even these are a little too snug if I am wearing socks. They take a few days to "bed in" to the shape of your feet so keep that in mind when you first put them on. They are great for wearing in the home, providing good cushioning and some support if you're standing a lot. Their soles even make them good for short hops outdoors. I wear them indoors even in warm weather and they don't make me hot. I have just had them in cold weather as well and they are really comfortably warm.

Great use as slippers

I purchase the wide width slippers,I think the soles on the bottoms should be wider to match the width of the slipper, which would make them a little more stable on your feet.

These really keep my feet warm.

Put them on in the house

They are overpriced a little stiff in the sole is very hard

Gave these slippers to my son as a gift; he's very particular, so I was ecstatic at how much he likes them! He says he wears them at home, but the quality of construction and good looks means he can wear them into the yard (working with pets) or even for a quick run to the gas station. My husband would also have loved a pair like this, but unfortunately, they are too narrow for his feet.

although we exchanged an 11 for a 12, the slipper still feels a little small. we are assuming it will stretch out a bit over time and then will be perfect.

The slipper is wonderful. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 out of 5 stars is because it runs much smaller, almost 2 sizes smaller, than described. We had to order a 13 for a size 11.

ALL YOUR SHOES SHOULD COME WITH PROTECTOR PRE-APPLIED AT THE FACTORY. They stain very easy. Learned this lesson to late unfortunately. Cleaner does not work on oil and road salt stains

The slippers are comfortable, just a bit tight at 12 and tried 13 but too big. Wish they had 1/2 sizes.

I purchased the Ascot shoes as a Christmas present. My boyfriend normally wears a 10.5 and after reading the reviews I got him a 13 and they fit perfectly. The extra width is nice for men with wide feet.

I want to exchange it. How do I start the process, I have been ill the last two weeks and have not been about to attend to this. I bought these slippers thinking I would have the benefit of Ugg comfort and the had soles that i could take outdoors. However, I just don't like the style, not as they appeared on the your website. I just want to initiate an exchange. How can I expedite the process. Thanks, a long time UGG customer. Jerry McCracken
