I love them, I would have made the area on my back shorter and the lanyards (straps) longer. As I am working, the lanyards loosen up and a torso becomes too long. The adjustable straps need to be stationary and not adjust as I am moving. The clips are a little tricky to get off in a hurry for a bathroom break.
