Customer Reviews UGG Funkette Boot

The boots were to bulky; they felt as if they were made for men. I wanted them to be sleek and feminine but they weren't. I returned them. I guess I should've taken the lack of reviews and IG posts as a sign and never made the purchase.

I was so excited to receive these boots but was disappointed after trying them on. They seem to be very cute online but when I put them on they made my feet look a lot larger than normal. I usually like the platform look but these seemed to be too much. Will be returning.

Couldn't really walk comfortably in these because the platform is so stiff.

Even though I love Ugg products I did not love this particular shoe style on me. I unfortunately had to return them.

I own dozens of UGG footwear and apparel and these are the only item I absolutely loathe! Should have returned them!

Color was perfect just as pictured but wasn't able to wear I have a high instep very hard getting on not comfy for me

These look stylish and different. However they feel as if you have weights on your feet.

The boot is for a narrow foot, zipper is hard to zip-up. No matter trying to get the zipper to work. It only will go so far. Got this kind of money I would expect better. I would not buy this boot again . Big waste of money!!!

I am extremely disappointed in Ugg and their quality control. I purchased these boots on Dec 28, after finally receiving the boots on Jan 14 after 2 changes to the shipping date. I was excited to try them on. I soon realized one boot was a size 5 and one boot was a size 6. Someone did not check to see if both were a size 6, which I ordered. I called customer service and spoke to Paula who was very helpful, but all she could offer was a refund since the shoes are now out of stock. I wish I could get these boots in the right side, I was excited to wear them ! I am so disappointed in how a company such as Ugg could let this happen, I understand COVID has understaffed companies but quality control and checking should not be lacking especially on shoes that are not cheap. DISAPPOINTED!!!
