These slippers are not comfortable at all. I don't mind the height, but my feet slide out so easily I always feel like I'm going to fall or lose a shoe. I wish I would've tried them on sooner because they would have been returned immediately.

I had purchased a different style in the Outlet Store and it closed so I ordered these thinking they would fit the same but they did not. The heel is thick/high enough and there is no support so you keep turning your ankle walking out the side of the slipper. I tried to break them in but to no avail. I would much rather have the lower style.

I really like all my Ugg slippers so when i saw these with a slight platform I ordered them - not comfortable at all and I feel like I'm falling out of them . Twisting my ankles and I always wear a 6 but my heel is right to the end in these - it's a big mistake for me

So cute but must be the most uncomfortable slipper I've ever purchased. The sole is stiff and it's awkward to walk in them. It feels as if you are about to loose them while walking so I clench my toes trying to hold on. My foot slides out because it also feels as if the platform is higher in the toe area vs the heel area. Such a fail!

Way too much fur on the inside. It pushes my feet out when i walk....

Sole was too thick and fur wasn't plentiful enough. Extremely pretty color

The sole was so hard & I ordered a 7 which is usually my size & I cannot fit it. So this runs small & I tried to return but I've been waiting since January for my return label in the mail. & it takes forever to reach you guys you need a # we can call to get better assistance. I'm scared to order now since I know I won't be able to reach anyone quickly for assistance.

Returned after Christmas for a return still have not received slippers .

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She was so disappointed to be unable to fit them. So, here they sit brand new in the box never worn. At this point it is probably too late to return them. I'll have to check and also see if I have the receipt electronically. Not true to size. Purchased a size 8 and they are too small sadly.

I've owned many Uggs. These were such a waste of money. Run small, Hard, uncomfortable and do not stay on your feet. Sorry I bought them

The most uncomfortable UGG pair I've owned. It's a slipper shoe and sole is rock solid, no padding, feels like walking on concrete and very heavy. Stiff as well. Total waste of money. I want to put them in the trash. I've loved all my other UGG's. They are supposed to feel like walking on clouds, not rocks. Either UGG has taken a total dive in quality, or whoever designed the style I got totally failed at their job.

I love the platform. There is definitely a design flaw... my feet slide toward the back of the shoe, causing my heels to hang off. I even exchanged them for a larger size, but had same problem. It is impossible to walk in them! Unfortunately, I will have to return them. I have to return the pair I bought for my daughter as well, due to the same issue.

my feet hang off and i even sized up. i wore them around my house for a few days and from trying to keep them on my feet i now have bruising and a painful lump on my heel caused by pressure from wearing these. i even went to the doctor and he said that is what it's from. don't recommend at all unless you plan on never wearing them

It is so tight fit and not comfortable. If you buy this one you should 1 or half size up.

Total waste of money the sole is so thick and inflexible that your foot slides halfway out as you try to walk. There's just no flex in the sole at all so you can't keep your foot in

Bought the item size was a bit too small exchanged for a size up then it was too big found out I can't return it again so I wasted money on an Ugg product I can't wear will have to donate it so someone else can enjoy them.

These slippers are not comfortable at all. They have no cushion. It feels like you're walking on bricks with lamb wool on top. I wish I could return these or exchange them. None of my sisters want them because they're so uncomfortable! Such a waste of money. And they were too small.

Shopping with seller was good. A lot of products are not available. This particular design is somewhat logistically flawed in the sole. The sole is shorter than the footbed making it easy to turn your ankle or step out of the shoe as you are walking. I have two other UGG slippers, different models, and have no problems with. If ordering this model, order a size larger, but don't have any expectations of longevity as they will stretch and you will, again, Step out of the shoe as you are walking. My favorite UGG slippers are 4+ years old and are more reliable than the 2 new slippers I just purchased...which are very expensive.

Beautiful slipper but it continuously falls off the foot. Very hard to walk in. I have to return.
