These slippers are so difficult to walk in. I need to clench my toes to keep my foot in the shoe when I walk. I can't wear them for longer than a few hours because my feet, toes, and legs get tired from trying to keep them on. I really wanted to like these; however the sole is too stiff, making them really hard to like. Slippers are supposed to be comfortable and not hurt your feet!

I was very excited to get ahold of these slippers. However, the pair I was originally sent were defective (missing fur on the top). I followed up with an exchange and was happy with them until I put them on and they slipped off after taking two steps. I also am no longer eligible for a return/exchange due to it being past 30 days, but the new pair I received was delivered less than 30 days ago. I would be happy to exchange them for a different style, but I no longer have that option and am pretty upset about it. Overall, an upsetting experience because I absolutely LOVE Ugg and all their products. Would love the option to do an exchange since it's been less than 30 days since the new pair was delivered.

I originally saw these slippers on my Instagram feed and am a sucker for any shoe with a platform, but a slipper?! I had to grab them right away. They are so cute and fit okay, however they slide right off my feet after taking more than two steps. I've tried everything- socks vs no socks, walking on carpet vs hardwood, picking up my feet so much I look funny, nothing works. 10/10 for looks, but I can't even wear them. So overall 0/10. Was really hoping these would be great:/

I love all my other ugg styles and was so excited to try these cute platform ones but they're so heavy and hard to walk in and clunky and fall off while I'm wearing them

This product ran small and it's hard to walk In

I am a long time wearer of Ugg's for comfort and yes even style. I am extremely disappointed in the Disquette's as they are (for me) impossible to walk in. It was my mistake, I should have reached out to customer service (which by the way is an endless loop if you try to call their number) the first time I wore them. It was during the pandemic and at the time didn't think it was worth it to return. My bad! Customer service said they'd only let their team know of this because its outside of their warranty.

I couldn't fix my slides they run small so I wasted my money

The shoe looks and feel good. It is too heavy and slides off your feet when walking which makes your legs tired and feet cramping to keep them on. I usually love my uggs but this was not my best choice.

The picture showed a Knit Slipper which is what I had with my first pair. What I received was Swade slippers not the knit what was shown in the picture. For what UGGs charges customers should receive what they expected. Very disappointed.

I bought these for myself thinking they were cute compared to the regular flats I buy every year for myself and the hubby. These run extremely small and I bought a size larger, and they are impossible to keep on your feet when walking. Still sitting in the box tried on but never worn.

The most uncomfortable slip ons I've ever bought

I have always been a size 7, measured my feet per the sizing chart and bought a 7. Didn't fit, now my color is sold out. Pretty annoyed

These slippers are not comfortable at all. I don't mind the height, but my feet slide out so easily I always feel like I'm going to fall or lose a shoe. I wish I would've tried them on sooner because they would have been returned immediately.

I had purchased a different style in the Outlet Store and it closed so I ordered these thinking they would fit the same but they did not. The heel is thick/high enough and there is no support so you keep turning your ankle walking out the side of the slipper. I tried to break them in but to no avail. I would much rather have the lower style.

I really like all my Ugg slippers so when i saw these with a slight platform I ordered them - not comfortable at all and I feel like I'm falling out of them . Twisting my ankles and I always wear a 6 but my heel is right to the end in these - it's a big mistake for me

So cute but must be the most uncomfortable slipper I've ever purchased. The sole is stiff and it's awkward to walk in them. It feels as if you are about to loose them while walking so I clench my toes trying to hold on. My foot slides out because it also feels as if the platform is higher in the toe area vs the heel area. Such a fail!

Way too much fur on the inside. It pushes my feet out when i walk....

Sole was too thick and fur wasn't plentiful enough. Extremely pretty color

The sole was so hard & I ordered a 7 which is usually my size & I cannot fit it. So this runs small & I tried to return but I've been waiting since January for my return label in the mail. & it takes forever to reach you guys you need a # we can call to get better assistance. I'm scared to order now since I know I won't be able to reach anyone quickly for assistance.

Returned after Christmas for a return still have not received slippers .
