When I saw them I immediately fell in love with them....BUT......when I tried them at Soft M, Brown Shoes and many other stores ....size 8 , half of my heel is out, tried size 9...of course they are much bigger and look awkward on my small foot...why do you make ALL of your shoes soo tight??? you make opening for baby or toddler foot on sizes that are for adults??? So frustrating and radiculous...me and all of my friends went from huge excitement to get them, to huge disappointment and we returned them, those who did not buy gave up after trying them at different locations...why, because on the top of being short and small not both shoes are the same ??? Ugg ,long way to go to customer satisfaction!!!! I got one deep boots from Sydney, Australia, they are breeze to slide in, get off....I had to repair them twice already, but on those I am not giving up... Do you make different way for Canadian market than AU??? Something just need to be fixed...

I got these slippers last December and the shoes were always sliding off of my feet every time I walked. It is now almost a year later and. they are. still sliding off of my feet every step I take. I tried for months to break these slippers in and they are still the worst shoes I have ever bought and they were a lot of money for shoes I cannot wear.

The slippers aren't wide enough in the heel, they are most uncomfortable now I can't wear them I'm stuck with them.

No, I did not like this product. I returned it for a refund.

The fur has bald spots after just wearing for a few weeks.. now too late to return. Crazy for over $100 that this is happening SO fast.

I have these in the chestnut colour and absolutely loved them. I purchased the black ones in November and have worn them maybe 15 times. Every single time with or without socks my entire foot gets dyed black, it doesn't matter if I wear them for 15 minutes or an hour. I have purchased black Uggs in different styles and have never had this problem.

I bought these in around December, and when they came in they were hard to walk in. I assumed maybe I had to just break them in or something. I bought these as a college student, so I was looking for comfort and style, and although these are stylish, I cannot even walk down the hallway in them (it is May now). I'm not sure what is wrong with them, but if you are looking for a mobile slipper, these are not the ones for you! Very cute if you don't need to walk in them often.

Shoes are only good if you are sitting at a desk and slipping your feet into them walking minimally like having a brick strap to your feet no bend in your foot when you walk and no arch support caused me to have extreme lower back pain

I love Uggs! I was so excited for this platform shoe for slipping on to run out in the winter. I am so disappointed. I wore them once-soo comfortable but you can't walk in them! I don't know what it is they don't bend enough maybe? You have to practically slide your foot as you walk so they don't fall off. From now on I will try on first!

Got this for a gift and they run small so I wanted to exchange them I looked online they had the size that I wanted sized up. Then when they received my product back, they refunded me which I was not a happy camper at all. I even called to make sure they had the size and they told me yes, and did it for me my exchange.

Diquette runs at least 1 size small (unfortunately, I didn't know that and threw the box out as soon as they arrived. Now I'm stuck with slippers that I can't wear or return.)

I have bought my three daughters Uggs fir the past 6 years and have always been very happy with your products. My daughter asked for this item for Christmas and wanted to return it but my husband roped up the box. She was unhappy with the stitching on the front of the slipper where the fur meet the suede. You can see the stitching and it's white on a black shoe.

Not comfortable at all

I wanted to love these sooooo badly...they look so cute and I finally bought my 1st pair of real Uugs and I was so excited. When I say these were absolutely horrible I'm not playin! They are heavy and clunky when u walk with no flexibility at all, it's like walking on bricks while your foot constantky slides out making your heel hang off the edge and clenching your toes trying to keep your foot from sliding out. Every time I wore them I instantly regretted it...a couple times I literally took them off and walked bare foot because I couldn't take it anymore I tried so hard to master walking in them in a way so I didn't look ridiculous in front of people that but too was pretty impossible I think I could walk in 6 inch heels better than these these. Bottom line is they should have came with a strap they are just too bulky and heavy to not have a strap to secure them....even so if it had a strap you still have the no flexibility part still would make you walk funny and hurt your feet and legs and the soft fur makes your foot slide out even more, your foot is always coming out heel hanging over the edge feet killing you, your toes, calves and your legs. I mean when I say worst pair of shoes on Earth I mean it and like many others I bought them tried them on in the store and they looked cute you go out and wear them realize how they are and then you can't return them because they are worn so you throw your money out you try to get your money's worth wearing them but it's a big fail every time save your money do not buy these!!!!!!!

Always grew up wanting a pair of uggs finally was financially able to purchase my first pair this year. Love the new trendy platform ones definitely not what I was expecting. Love the quality love the shoe itself. Just very difficult to walk in there more of a stay at home shoe not for every day shoe.

Very cute slipper! But the sole is extremely uncomfortable and the tag on the bottom is irritating. Sizing is also to small. I even bought 1 size up.

As much as I love Uggs, this style has a horrible fit. They slide on and off of my feet while walking making it very difficult to walk in them. Unfortunately, I threw the packaging away and wore them outside assuming they would be fine and I can no longer return them. Such a bad construction fit on this design. Be warned...
