Hard to walk in . Just OK . Get the boots instead

For the price of these you'd think these would be more comfortable. They're very stiff. I would return them but threw the shoe box away already

These slippers are so cute and comfy. They are unfortunately not water resistant. I was wearing them while rinsing a dish and water splashed on them. They are forever marked with water spots. At this point I had had them only a few days. Very disappointing. My interaction with customer service was confusing and alarming. The first agent stated that they are not water resistant. When I pointed out that they are marketed to be worn outside she continued to deny that they are water resistant. I received an email from a supervisor and she corrected her agent and said they were water resistant. They would not take them back nor would they exchange them. She offered links to how to clean them. This of course was way too late. Again confusing because if they're water resistant why am I being directed to pour corn starch on them? I do not understand how they can market the shoe as something you would wear outside when they are so easily marked by water. I would caution against wearing these "shoes" anywhere near water.

Runs small and no half sizes!'

sooo cute i love how they look. BUT so uncomfortable and stiff and chunky. not ideal for walking or standing. my feet hutt

Feels like you're going to walk out of them. Feet slide back as you're walking and have to push foot forward every couple of steps. Plastic seam is also peeling since it was taken out of the box.

These are not comfortable they are not what i expected.

The material that covers the top seam was cracked within a week of receiving them. It appears the material is plastic, and is just covering the actual seam. Hopefully I'm correct on that and it doesn't get any worse. Other than that, I really do like them. They are cozy and cute. While they are a bit tricky to walk in due to the thickness of the platform sole, I'm getting the hang of it. I should probably return them, but the hassle of returning them (I don't have the box anymore so that will add even more time to the process), waiting for the credit, ordering a different pair, and waiting for them to get here is just going to take time I do not have. Seriously UGG, you can do better.

They run small in size sent back for a bigger size

I bought a pair of these for Christmas for my daughter. She's a size nine, I bought her a size 9 and and they are incredibly small. Her heel hangs out the end. She's wearing them around the house trying to stretch them out, but it's taking quite a long time to stretch out.. So buy a size up.

Nice slipper, but the sole is too high and makes it not functional

Soft but Uncomfortable

Couldn't get the uggs for Christmas for my granddaughter and when they finally came 2 weeks later, they didn't fit and you are still out of stock of the new size we need. Very disappointing.

they're cute but it runs really small. i'm normally a size 6 (ref. converse/vans) and ordered a 7 but had to exchange. they didn't fit so i just resold them. i'll be ordering a size 8 hoping it fits.

Not sure why this shoe is all the rage. They are extremely hard to walk in. I don't even want to leave the house in them.

I bought this shoe and it took 2 months to come. I was so excited to open it but when I put the shoes on I looked like a horse. The platform for these shoes stick out making my feet look like a horse. I do Not recommend. I sized down to an 8 because 9 was not in stock and it fits pretty well but it even when I don't have the shoe on, it looks like a horse foot.

Way to small I already went one size up and after getting them gave them to my sis and bought a pair 2 sizes up still almost to small. Not comfortable but I've been trying to break them in still not worth it definitely go for a different style that your heel won't hang off

No support. Feels like you are on a block of wood.

The line down the middle is not straight therefore does not look right. When I tried to buy a new pair they were all on back order. I guess I have to keep them now but I'm not happy with them.

I only use this as a slipper at home. I am so sorry to say but this is the second pair of UGG slippers that the sherling material have worn out prematurely,. The outside is great love the fit but am really disappointed at the material. Where my toes land it has abosulitley no Sherling and I am noticing the heel area also. Bought them in Nov of 2022.
