I purchased these online and am disappointed about the way they fit. I feel like I have to struggle to keep them on. They are mostly unwearable.

I am a 9.5 and purchased a 10. The back of my foot would hang off the back with and without socks and it hurt. They are so cute but I gave them away (I'd already tossed thr box) to a friend who wears a 7.5 and they fit her perfectly LOL.

I've had these for a long time now. They look so cute sitting in my closet. I want to wear them, but I can't because it's physically impossible the keep them on your feet. They flop Off and you trip and it's embarrassing.

They are a lot taller then I thought they would be. I do love the inside, so soft and warm. They feel more like a shoe then a slipper. I guess for the cost I was hoping I would love these. I do like them. The one major issue I am not happy with is staining. Some water got spilled on them and when it dried there was a stain there. I try using my UGG cleaning kit and it only made the spot bigger. For the cost I was just expecting to be more satisfied.

Insole padding makes the slippers bulky and unstable. They triggered plantar fasciitis! I'm so disappointed.

Not sure why all the platform slippers run supper small..usually size 6 but got a 7still small.

I purposely did not order the platform version and stuck to my tried and true style, that I have many many many pairs of. The bottoms of these are insanely thick to not be considered the platform style and I've been tripping over myself all day wearing slippers that I have been accustomed to for a very long time. Wish I would've known that not ordering the platforms would still give me a result of platforms

not as comfortable as they seem you just cant walk too long distances with them

I thought the color of the slippers was more of a light purple/gray but when I got them they are totally gray. I don't hate the color just not what I was expecting. As for the comfort, I have other ugg slippers that have more cushion on them, these are pretty firm.

I didn't know that the size will feel different compared to the boots

The shoe is too tight on the top so your foot doesn't get all the way in the shoe. Definitely buy a bigger size.

I like these for just slipping on when you just need a shoe in a hurry, and they are cozy for winter. However, they are harder to walk in than I imagined and actually are giving me pain in one of my feet, so that's disappointing.

They run small.

I am disappointed with these slippers this time. I have always ordered a size 8 but these feel like they are not true to size 9. I should have returned them but I thought they would fit better after a few wears sadly they have not

I love uggs, and their quality. I was disappointed in waiting a while for the shipping, then finally receiving and they were too small. I wear a 8.5 USA female. I ordered a 9 and my heel was slightly hanging over the back.

I really thought they would be more comfy. While they are cute and warm, comfy is not an adjective I would use. It's like walking on styrofoam. The alto robe long; however, is a winner. Cozy, warm and my dog lays on it when it's available. Thank you.

While the shoes were well made and attractive as all Uggs, the fit was off. I always wear an 8 in Uggs but as I walked in these scuffs, I 'walked out of them'. Also they are slightly elevated so when I would 'walk out' of them, I would stumble. I couldn't ask for a return as I had already worn them a couple of times.

The model is very beautiful, but the sole is a little hard and the foot slides backwards. It is impossible to walk in these shoes and it is necessary to buy a larger size.

The room for my daughter and there's super heavy and they come out to be smaller size and what they supposed to be

They are not true to size , I had to size up two sizes , and they are not really that comfortable on your feet! They are kind of hard to walk in! Would Not recommend! Sorry ! I wear 8 , had to order 10 to get a good fit!
