It's been less than a year since I purchased these. They have been worn about ten times and are already ripped Clearly the quality of UGG has gone down drastically. Not worth the money, wouldn't purchase again or recommend.

these slippers run small so i think you need to size up when buying these

I love these shoes they're super comfy however I wish I would have sized up. When I purchase Ugg boots I'm usually able to size down so for these I got my regular shoe size and I wish I had ordered a size up from my regular size.

I love them. They're comfortable and very soft, but I would definitely recommend sizing up, especially if you want to wear socks with them. They slide back as you walk, making it slightly difficult to keep on your feet if they don't fit just right. I ended up giving this pair to my daughter and ordered the next size up for myself. I'm typically a size 7-8, and I had to get a size 9.

I am using my recent Ugg purchase as fluffly and warm house slippers. :-)

I loved them but they are small for the size, I should have bought a larger size. I will use them daily to work in my office.

I originally ordered these for my daughter who is a size bigger than me, but I had to keep them because they ran small. I love the actual shoes but not made to walk fast in as there is a hard time keeping them on the foot so they do not slip out

I have a big heel but normal toes / toe box, and usually buy an 8 in Ugg boots and slippers for full heel support and coverage, and comfort, and usually wear a 38 in Birkenstocks. I purchased these in an 8 and they fit a full size smaller than the usual 8s, they're also narrow in the toe box - even for me. They do stretch out about half a size after wearing without socks. My big heel is barely supported. I think the intention for this specific model is to wear as a "dress up" / outside slipper so your feet don't look too clunky. Still recommend, but I suggest sizing up especially if you have wide feet!

I'm a little disappointed in the color, I got the color sand and it's lighter than what it was in the photo.

I got these for my daughter for her birthday! She had been talking about them for a while. They're very soft and comfortable. She wears them all over. She has bigger feet then most women. So finding a size 12 in anything is hard. These I got a size 12 and they're slightly too small, but she just makes it work. They're so cute!

I like it but they need to make them in half sizes. I could barely fit an 8 in these slippers

I have placed this order since the 24th of August. Now its the 22nd of October and its been 2 months and haven't received any updates. I also tried contacting the company but its seem that from my country I was not able to send a message.

It is very hard to contact the company. I ordered it two months ago and I still haven't received the package.

It's too flat. I'm trying to wear it with an arch support but that doesn't seem to be working

Heavier than expected when wearing

It's cracking and chaffing along the top line and the bottom from less than a week of wear. Plus, it always slips off when I walk.

Good quality, shipping was fast

At first the slippers were stiff and felt like my slipper might have been too small. I normally wear a size 8.5 , and per the UGG website I am a 9. After wearing them for a few weeks the slippers loosen up and don't feel as tight. I love how they feel and the fit is perfect.

Birthday present

The shoes are fab. Perfect color! Comfy i love the extra height. The front part of the shoe is the perfect size for my foot, but the back part is too short. I wish they had half sizes because the 10 is too big and doesn't look as cute.
