This is a great vest, however, I'm returning it as it's too short for my 6'3" body. I ordered it in a size Large.

The North Face Men's ThermoBall Vest 2.0 has been a mixed bag for me over the past year. On the positive side, it's incredibly warm, making it a great choice for chilly days. However, my experience with the quality has been disappointing. Just three weeks ago, the zipper broke, and while the company offered to repair it, the six-week turnaround was not feasible for my needs as I work at an airport. I ended up paying out-of-pocket for a quick fix, which was frustrating.
To add to my woes, just two days later, the tightening string broke, further highlighting the vest's questionable durability. The overall feel of the materials, especially the zippers, seems subpar for a brand known for quality outdoor gear. While the warmth is undeniable, the reliability of the construction leaves much to be desired. I had high expectations for this vest, but the issues I've faced have made me hesitant to recommend it. If you prioritize warmth, it delivers, but be prepared for potential quality concerns that could impact your experience. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the ThermoBall Vest 2.0.

Zipper is cheap plastic and doesn't work, this is the 2nd North Face vest I've purchased just like this, over a year apart, and they both have the same problem, very frustrating to try to zip the vest up as the zipper keeps getting stuck at the end and you have to put the vest on over your head, very low quality experience

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I bought a similar colored Thermoball vest about 6 years ago. Quality, construction, fit have all deteriorated. North Face should reassess their product quality. Even the logo material and the placement of it on the vest looks and feels cheap along with poor placement on the vest itself.
Would not recommend this product.

I was disappointed with this vest and returned it. North Face products were always top notch, unfortunately the vest had a screen logo vs the embroidery logo. Why cheapen your product like that, did it save you a couple bucks?

I liked the slim design and color of the vest. However, I experienced trouble using the zipper. It was challenging to hook/unhook the zipper. I sincerely hope that North Face resolves this issue so that we can use this beautifully designed vest.

Normally I love North Face clothing, especially the fit, but their new "slim fit" cut doesn't work for me. Ironically I am a slim guy. I am sure it is cheaper for them to make (less material) while charging the same amount but they seemed to have fixed something that wasn't broken. It wouldn't be so bad if it was an option, but "slim fit " appears to be their new standard cut.

Was excited to receive this vest after purchase because of the reviews. I received the vest and am not excited to wear it. The review scale for warmth and weight are rated at 2 for Warmer and 2 for Midweight. Neither could be further from the truth. This vest is extremely lightweight and delicate. I pay close attention when zipping it up because I am afraid it will rip or tear! I barely wear it because of this. Also the look of this vest in the picture is different from what I perceived it to be and what I received. The vest material is like plastic. It is very thin and is not typically associated with warmth! This is my 4th North Face jacket of some kind but will never purchase this one again. 1 star for this product.. 5 stars for the other 3 North Face jackets I own.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. The zipper is constantly getting stuck. Very disappointed.

Overall the zipper ruined it for me. I returned this product the same day even. Not worth the price. The quality wasn't there for the price point.
