I am so disappointed in the quality of this jacket. It is NOT soft, it's very rough/itchy material and when I received mine the stitching was already pulling out. I noticed strings hanging from the stitching on the sleeves and collar of the jacket. There was also lint all over it when I pulled it out of the packaging. I will be returning this and not repurchasing. I can't believe the lack of quality in a jacket that is so expensive!

We are fortunate enough to have owned many fantastic North Face products, but this jacket is not one of them. The fabric is rough and feels unpleasant. The style is very boxy and even the sleeves are too wide. I am shocked by how bad it is.
