These boots are very cool looking. However, the insoles aren't very supportive and really did a number on the bottom of my heels. It felt like walking on cement. They also are not very good at holding your foot in place. And yes, I tried putting ugg insoles on top and that did not help. I'm kinda shocked that these didn't have the same insoles as a regular set of neumals :(

Inner fleece lining was very thin, compared with every pair of Ugg's I have ever owned. Made the fit too loose Also doesn't keep my feet very warm. Two toes down for this model

Too small. Store would not accept return.

I bought the Ugg's with the plastic buckle instead of the laces. The first time I wore them I accidentally bumped the buckle on the side of my suitcase. To my surprise the buckle completely broke in half. Without the buckle the shoes have a difficult time staying on my foot.
