Bought for my daughter. Not as heavy as we'd of liked but a very nice coat nonetheless.

It was light weight and warm but zipper should be better quality!

I bought this to replace my old 8 year old ThermoBall jacket. I'm size 8-10. 5'8. Ordered the large and it fits well with plenty of room. However, the arms of this jacket are just way too short. Whenever I cross my arms, you will see 2-3 inches of my forearm. Not worth the hassle in returning it. I also don't dig the iron-on "The North Face" patch. They'll now be two types of TNF clothing out there, pre-iron on's or stitched-on logo. I prefer the former. Please consider returning to doing so. I'm sure like others, we'd buy more.

I've wanted a lightweight jacket that kept me warm and I decided to splurge on this North Face jacket. What this jacket is: lightweight, stylish, and convenient (the inside zipper pocket is awesome). What this jacket is not: a winter jacket. I live in Southern California and even though our cold seasons are not extreme compared to the rest of the country, it does get cold. This jacket did not keep me as warm as I thought it would in mid 40-degree weather. This would be a good jacket to wear during the Spring and Fall seasons where the temps are crisp but not cold.

Like other people have said the quality is not the same. I have several North Face jackets and have another Thermoball jacket I purchase before. But this year's style looks cheap. The zippers are tiny! It looks like it was made for a makeup bag. It looks cheap! The logo is also heat transferred and not embroidered like before - I have a feeling it will peel off right away. I took other people's advice and sized up - since I wear 2-3 layers of clothing under my thermoball during winter and I'm glad I did because this fits smaller / the sleeves are shorter than the previous stye. The fabric is also cheap looking - it truly looks like it's a "fake" northface jacket. Disappointing.

I got the pink jacket on sale. I was excited to receive this product because I really like the thermoball light jackets. Unfortunately I received a defective item, the pocket zipper on the right side only open a tiny bit due to poor craftsmanship. The lining was sewed together with the zipper, so it couldn't be open. I got so disappointed that I have to send it back! Sad that North Face bypass quality control on this one.

I ordered the same size as my other North Face jacket from a couple of years ago, this is almost a full size smaller, very sad.

I loved the jacket, but unfortunately the zipper broke after having it less than 2 months. Luckily it broke before the return window closed, so I was able to return it for a full refund but disappointed as otherwise I really loved this jacket.

This is my second Women's ThermoBall jacket. The jacket has a trim style which looks neat. I like the light weight and the fact that the hood is seamlessly attached to the jacket. I wish it were not so fitted around the waist. My previous ThermoBall jacket did not seem so fitted. The zipper also seems flimsier. Overall, it is an attractive jacket that seems ideal for travel.

I have an older Thermoball that I love and wanted another one with a hoodie. THese run very small. The arms are shorter and the fit is tighter. I am a size small in everything but am returning this for a medium.

I had to send this back. I have a size S from years ago that I LOVE! The new size S fits very differently. The length of the coat and the arms are much shorter. The bust is also smaller. I am super disappointed- will try a M next month, I guess?

I got this jacket in the purple color and it looks and feels very well made. Unfortunately the stitching for all the little squares on the inside was very itchy on my arms, enough so that I am returning it.

Lightweight, comfortable, and nice style! I am not sure how warm it will be. I wore it in 35 degree weather and it was not as warm and toasty as I had expected. It will need layering in colder temps. I paid $200 because I thought it would be a very warm coat. I’m debating whether or not to return it.

I like the jacket and it fits perfect. There is one thing i didn't like about the jacket is the zipper, very cheap made and i would expect it has a double zipper. Unfortunately, it's not and very disappointed.

I wanted to love this. The jacket is very warm and cute, but unfortunately it's not worth the price tag and it's way too see through :( returning and trying a darker color

I found the North Face Thermoball Hoodie 2.0 an attractive and very slimming coat in the store.. The salesperson assured me that the Thermoball stuffing would be sufficiently warm for a Kansas City winter., so I purchased it. Unfortunately, this did not pan out. There is nothing like good old down to help one survive being out and about when the ambient temperature descends below 32 degrees.

The fit and size were fine, but the color was much darker than I expected. I also am disappointed that North Face no longer embroiders their logo on their jackets. As a result, I have returned the jacket.

I have quite a few North Face jackets. I bought 2 Thermoballs this year and was so disappointed. The zippers are flimsy and cheap that it's impossible to zip with one hand and the zipper keeps separating at the bottom when it's zipped up. I also prefer the embroidered logo instead of the heat transfer. Won't be buying anymore unless they make some changes.

A little too bulky. Was expecting it to be a little less bulky so it doesnt make u so fat looking when u wear it.
The breast area is too large and the shoulders-area as well. It wasnt proportion in my opinion.
