Great, light weight jacket. Perfect for traveling but also keeps very warm in cold weather and snow. Highly recommend!

I use it as a base layer for climbing. It feels great with the synched sleeves on the wrists, the jacket never gets in the way when reaching for that next hold. So far I have not experienced weather that made my upper body feel cold while wearing it.

This jacket is the TRUTH! A lightweight winter jacket that's so well insulated, I could go out in 25 weather shirtless (underneath) and still feel nice and cozy. Love it!

My first North Face jacket was a Pro 150 (or something like that) which I love because it's compact, cozy, and stylish. I never felt it needed to be replaced... until my wife got me this one. While I like many things about it (style, fit, arm length, etc), the thing I most like over my previous jacket is that it is noticeably warmer. It reduces the amount of times I need to have a light sweater or something underneath it to keep me at a comfortable temperature outdoors in the Utah winter. The only thing I don't like about this jacket compared to my other one is it has a tag. How in the heck did they put a tag on this instead of printing the tag info right on the jacket?! It's scratchy and unnecessary, and makes hanging it from the loop harder than it needs to be. It's a small detail, but almost loses this jacket a star.

I love this jacket. It is my everyday wear. I can dress it down with jeans or wear it with a nice pair of pants to work. I love it! Keeps me super warm.

Love this jacket! This is my second ThermoBall jacket. I use this as a base layer for skiing as well as a stylish casual jacket for walking around the city of Chicago.

Purchased the ThermoBall as a specific mid-layer for skiing: insulating, windproof, with draw-string and elastic hems. Turned out I don't need a hard-shell over this at all. I've now skied at both Tahoe and Park City wearing just this jacket and it's performed great! Lightweight, warm, and super-visible on the mountain. Ski buddies always know where and who I am - which makes grouping up in a crowded lift-line far easier. Jacket replaced a mountain hardware Ghost Whisperer and I'm very happy with the warmth from the synthetic insulation. Also, love the lack of visible branding - the design's exactly what I want. Big fan of this jacket.

Fantastic Thermoball hood jacket. During our ice and snow event for several day's, as a school bus driver, it was warm as expected with only a long sleeve tee-shirt underneath, so exceptionally pleased with it's warm performance.

Absolutely my favorite cold weather jacket now. Keeps me surprisingly warm even when it's windy, but also not too hot if I'm inside. Would definitely buy again.

Amazing light weight stylish jacket that is surprisingly very warm during wintery, rainy and windy conditions. Can be styled with anything, whether you're out and about running errands, going to the gym or even at the office. Perfect for lite layering due to it's amazing ability to retain body heat. At 5' 11" 220lbs a XL fit perfectly with plenty of room for layering with a hoodie or sweater and still have room to move around freely.
